Now that it’s been a while since I purchased this microwave, I can offer an accurate review of the product. The appearance is nice. I haven’t had any mechanical issues. I am, however, completely baffled by the “inverter” technology, as it does not appear to operate any differently than every other microwave I have owned over the past three decades that didn’t have such technology. It is simply not true that it heats food evenly. I still deal with a reheated plate of food being cold in the center and burning hot around the edges. I paid literally three times what I normally would have specifically to avoid this issue. I read hundreds of reviews. I was willing to pay the price for “even heating”. Too bad I wasted my time and money. Don’t believe the hype.

Very good microwave. I had an older model for many years but finally needed to replace it. I definitely recommend this.

Our 10 + year-old Panasonic microwave died. We thought we would try the Samsung with the grill. Felt dramatically underpowered so we returned it and went back to Panasonic. The inverter technology is the key--and it is worth buying Panasonic to have it.

Pretty pleased with this easy-to-like product, which replaces a 13 year old microwave with a deteriorating gel pad. Puzzled so far only in that food (soups, stew, rice) seems fairly unaffected for minutes at a time, while the dishes become very hot indeed. We have had to use multiple short bursts to get the temps to the eatable level, so in that respect there must be a learning curve. Glass bowls are just the same as ceramic, so it must be the new oven is on a "new wavelength?"

Took some getting accustomed to the control panel but the actual cooking features are great. Seems hotter than the old one of another brand we had been using for several years.

I had a Panasonic microwave prior to this, almost the same model & loved it. I really like the turbo defrost feature for unthawing food. I like that this model has a light inside & is also easy to clean.

I had done some research and decided that the Panasonic Microwave would best fit my needs and space. Unfortunately, it was out of stock. The staff quickly helped me order it and apply the computer trade-in coupon that I had received earlier. It arrived on time and is working well.

Buttons can be hard to push sometimes so you have to push it twice

Great product, stylish, heats quickly, is light weight and a great value for the money. I have had no issues and love it.

The microwave was easy to set up and it cooks and heats food well. It is a very sturdy model.

At full power this oven works great. But while you can set it at lower power, like 50%, using the instructions in the manual, it never cooks at less than 100%. So, things that call for reduced power are always overcooked and burnt. This is the second Panasonic microwave with this same problem. I would recommend looking at another brand.

The oven works fine. There are two major issues with the unit: The door and control panel is a huge grime magnet. Cannot keep it clean. The controls are clumsy and very unintuitive.

More power than my 25 year old Panasonic. Works great! Hope it lasts as long as my old one. Looks great in my kitchen.

We Love our new Panasonic microwave from Best Buy. We bought our old one there 10yrs ago and this one is even Better! So happy that Best Buy Still sells them in White! They shipped it to us in 3 days and it works Great! It is a little more loud, but at least you know that it is on! Love the look and the touchpad is great. We hope this one last as long as our other Panasonic did! Just a Great Microwave and cooks Fast too! Thanks Panasonic and Bsr Buy for making our lives easier!
