Got this for the office use - so far its been great!!
Size is perfect for heating up lunch and leftovers!
Appearance is simple but functional - I've not had to explain the operation to anyone and there have been no issues reported. The front is flat and elegant.
The even hot spot has been fantastic! Just pop in your food - set time and come back to hot food! No stirring or multiple trips. Great time saver when prepping/gathering the rest of your lunch when minutes are valuable.
Overall, everyone loves the upgrade from the previous unit and would definitely buy again!
The only negative I could think of is the size. At 1.2 cubic feet it is on the smaller size for larger family items or what have you. But for office individual use its great!

It seems that the newer microwaves just do not work like the ones from the past. We were disappointed when we replaced our first one.
This microwave changed my opinion. It has an auto sensor that takes the guesswork out of how much time to heat food.
It’s a nice compact size with a rotating glass platform. The setup is simple and it looks very nice on our counter. We also have a larger microwave/range hood, but we find ourselves using this one consistently.
There are 11 power levels, but we simply use the auto sensor setting every time. My food turns out hot and evenly heated every time.
It also has a function to keep food warm, in addition to a coffee/milk preset and popcorn presets. This is a very well thought out product.
Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback! -C

A powerful tool to enhance a cook’s kitchen

The Panasonic 1.2 Cu ft Microwave Oven With Cyclonic Wave Inventer is a powerful cooking device. Once I placed food inside and turned it on, my surge protector shut off after fifteen seconds. I had to move the Panasonic 1.2 Cu ft Microwave Oven With Cyclonic Wave Inventer to its own separate 110 volt outlet. It heats food quickly and thoroughly. There are many ways to program it to reheat, cook, keep warm, and defrost food. The high wattage of the Panasonic 1.2 Cu ft Microwave Oven With Cyclonic Wave Inventer is able to thoroughly perform all the many functions necessary to make a cook happy with the results.

The Panasonic 1.2 cf Microwave is an attractive, counter-top unit. It was packaged well and had a great instruction booklet.
Controls are easy to read. Nice having 1200 watts as it cooks food quickly. Only downside to this unit was the 1.2cf ... a little small for cooking large items.
The unit is quiet in operation. I like the "keep warm" option.
A nice unit for a $200 microwave!
Thank you for your 5-star rating! We are happy to hear you are pleased with the product. -M

Not sure how much to say about a microwave. It's not as impressive looking inside or out as others but is nice and simple looking. It heats very well and throughout. I get no cold spots and it seems to heat things up quickly. I don't cook with microwaves but re-heat daily since I meal prep. I used to always heat up half way then mix and continue heating. I can honestly just heat and eat now, each bite as warm as the other. Works great!
Thank you for your 5-star review, we deeply appreciate it! -M

Bad microwave

I purchased this microwave in August 2022. It has only been 5 months and we already have to buy another one because it has stopped working. I was trying to use the microwave to make popcorn last night and noticed the kernels were not popping. Then, my husband noticed a strange smell and unplugged it. He checked the reset button on the outlet and the breaker box and there were no issues. The microwave would not even come on after I plugged the cord back into the outlet, Now, we have to buy another microwave.

Door doesn’t close tight & rusting on edges

Have had this microwave about 2 or 3 years and the inside paint is starting to flake off and rust from multiple edges, including the top where it will drop directly into your food. The door has never closed correctly so it always lets steam escape from one side. I guess they just don’t make microwaves like they used to, or at least Panasonic doesn’t so we’ll be buying a different brand ASAP so we don’t have rust dropping in our food. I definitely wouldn’t recommend it.

So angry this didn’t even last two years. It started popping and sparking, followed by a burning smell. Unfortunately going to recycling and hopefully not the landfill.
