I purchased a black model. It shows dust much more than white ever did, so it gets a star for making me clean it more conscientiously. It's everything my previous 1200 watt microwave was and then so much more. There's sensor cook and reheat modes that don't require probes. There's a keep warm setting. It's easy to think in pounds or kilograms for defrosting and the inverter seriously speeds things up. While you're getting used to it, I suggest cutting your usual times nearly in half. This is for any setting at less than full power. For full power you probably should knock off 10% of your usual cook time and check on it. When I use the kitchen timer mode it doesn't beep as many times as my old one so I have to be alert. I'm still adjusting to its performance but I really love it!

Purchased this unit to replace a 20 year old Amana microwave oven that had given excellent service over its life without failure. Made selection based on consumer ratings. Excellent thus far. Going on two years.

I own it for about five year and it still doing a great job.

Unit is powerful, quiet, easy to operate. No issues. I would recommend to friends. Can see ok inside when running. Unit was shipped to my house. Not in my store. Arrived about a week from order day.
