A bit too techie for me, make sure to read the instructions more than once. Once you get past that the microwave works great and it is powerful for its size which heats food great.

This replaced the cheap microwave I bought from Target; it lasted only 3 years, I hope this unit will last more than 7 years. The clock keep the correct time, easy to set the timer. So far so very good!

The microwave is good overall but whoever designed the dial needs a talking to. I have had the microwave for a year or so and the dial is still annoying. Spinning it over and over is not fun. And then when you push the button, a lot of times it will add or subtract time. Maybe just maybe my dial doesn’t work as well as others because I am surprised there aren’t more complaints. I will never purchase a microwave with a dial again because of this microwave.

its too soon to leave a review I just purchased it so far it works good it hasnt been a month since I purchased it my last microwave was a different brand and within 6 months of purchase it stopped working It hasnt even been a year I purchased it and broke i went with panasonic this time different brand I hope this one lasts me longer....

Has been great so far, controls are a bit difficult to understand, but other then that it’s great. Unless you absolutely need buttons to set time, it’s a great option.

Has good and not so good features. Clumsy T adjusting some things like time via twiddling a dial, but it works dry well and faster than all our previous micros. All-in-all it’s a good appliance

It's a very solid microwave but there are certain things that drive me nuts on this. The time spinner moves by 5 seconds and then when you hit a minute it moves by 10 second increments. It seems you can't do a time defrost either, only by weight. it's very frustrating. Besdies these view things, it does its job and is nice looking.

Good microwave for the price. Gets a little used to using the wheel instead of putting numbers but it warms up food great. As though you just cooked it.

I had a previous model by Panasonic. It served me well for many years. I liked the rotary dial of the previous model so I wanted to find another(You don't have to press buttons or turn lights on). However, when this rotary dial is engaged it moved at a smaller interval, taking multiple turns. I liked the movement of the prior model better. It still works good.

It microwaves well, and it looks high end. The extra 30 second feature is useful. We bought this to use after our oven/microwave combo broke (new ones start at near $3k) on the day before thanksgiving.
