Microwave looks good and works great. Very easy to use.

The outside dimensions were slightly larger than I had expected and so it did not fit in the space where I had planned on putting it. The microwave does work great, but some of the instruction on how to use it aren't that simple to figure out. Wished it would have come with an instruction manual.

Weird interface to work with but learnable in time. You set the time via a spinning dial like a car volume knob so that’s kinda annoying, and it’s been 9 months now with the microwave and the door will not open without manual assistance.

Affordable, looks nice and easy to use. Was looking for something to replace my aging microwave after a major kitchen renovation. This microwave checked every box.

This is a very well made and nice looking microwave. We have had 2 Panasonic microwaves in the past and they worked exceptionally well. We expect the same from this one.

Purchased this unit for my oldest son for Christmas. We gave it to him early because his old one died! He said his old one wasn't powerful enough and it took too long to cook certain things so we got him a 1100 Watt unit. He loves it and it was on sale and we got to use reward points to help purchase it!!

Very nice product. It works as it is supposed to and I have had no issues to date. I do like the "lock" feature. The dial took a moment to get accustomed to.

Microwave is a great alternative to the traditional ones with the touch pad. Heats up food instantly and looks great on top of that. Really compliments my kitchen appliances.

Fit's into my available room with my Breville oven stacked on top for a very nice space usage. 1100watts plenty of power to fix just about anything I want from a microwave.

Easy to use. Heats the food evenly. If the food is not hot enough, just press the key to adjust the temperature. Works great every time. Best investment ever.

1st one was defective out of the box, which is uncharacteristic of Panasonic; Best Buy was great with the return of the bad one, and locating same model for repurchase in a difference store. The new one works and behaves as a "proper Panasonic". It's more powerful than my previous one that croaked after 24 years of great service. I will need to get used to, and adjust for, the new "zapper".

We really like this microwave. It looks great on our counter, but more importantly, it works well heating a variety of foods and beverages (we don't actually cook with it), and the controls - after a short learning curve - are simple and easy to use. I especially like the rotary dial to set the time, and the added option of using the lower-right button to set it in 30-second increments. Only had it for 4 months, so I can't report on reliability, but I gather nearly all micros are made in the same factory or a small number of factories, so there may not be much difference on that score.
