i had no idea panasonic makes such great microwaves

Works well as advertised. Post purchase, realized I do prefer numeric touch pins versus a dial as it takes a lot of turns to get to 6 minutes for potatoes and longer cooking items. Otherwise, this was a great purchase.

I've tried about every feature it has to offer and I'm amazed on how well it works. From the warming feature to defrosting it's gone above my expectations.

This 1100 W microwave is the standard Panasonic powerhouse. It cooks well and even. The only thing that might be better is the buttons, knob dial, and door press. They have to be gotten used to but as long as you don't mind fingerprints then this is recommended.

This may be the last Panasonic branded item I ever buy. Within 90 days of purchase, the LED began failing, so now the lower left vertical bar no longer lights up. This means that the numbers 8, 6, 2 and 0 no longer display properly. Further, the dial-based time entry function of the microwave is inconvenient and a poor user experience. 20 years ago, Panasonic was the gold standard in consumer products. The last two items of theirs I have purchased have both experienced component failures within 6 months of their purchase. They are now just like any other average to below average brand. Avoid if you can.

Had a sharp that after 28 years bit the dust. Checked all kinds of reviews and this Panasonic was a Best Buy for the money. Lots of features and am really enjoying it. You can’t go wrong with this model. Have not tried all the different things it can do versus my old one. 1100 watts gets things done quick.

It work great and no help in store or leaving and did need help putting a heavy box in my car. I was parked in the handicap parking with my parking place card showing and I'm a Disable VET and have DV License Plates on my car.

Good deal! Plenty of quick settings and fit in cabinet.

Very easy to use, eliminates the failure-prone touchpad, uses a dial and buttons for a more secure feeling. However, the unit lacks multi-functions. For the price, I expected more. You can not use the Kitchen Timer and the cooking feature at the same time. Defrost works fairly well and evenly. It is a decent unit but does not compare to older models that even offered probes and browning elements. The base should have been elevated so that the door opening switch is not on the countertop.

I've owned quite a few microwaves in my day...and this thing out-performs most of them. I'm really not a fan of the turn dial, but otherwise, the microwave works really well and cooks things evenly.

Ive had this microwave for about a year and a half. Overall I really like it, although sometimes i wish it had a number pad.

I am sure this microwave works as well as the reviews say. Unfortunately I will not be able to use it because Best Buy auto populated the shipping address in the order form with my work address and the box is currently sitting in the mail room of my office. I commute by subway and cannot carry a box of that size. I spent 30 minutes on a chat with Best Buy who happily confirmed that the box had been delivered to the correct address. He told me that he was sorry, but he has limited ability to help me solve the problem of how to get the microwave I bought to my house. I will pay a courier for the delivery with no help from Best Buy. I will never spend another dime at Best Buy. Polite customer service is not enough.

Works well. The auto settings are very handy and work wonderfully. Only complaint is the dial to set the time and all other functions. Not the best design and can only increase by 10 second increments after 1 min.

Would have preferred a number pad to be able to punch in cook times, etc., but we learned how to do without it. "Sensor Reheat" feature works impressively well. Solid construction. Fair price.

The microwave is awesome. Not a fan of the knob to set the minutes but it works.

this basic microwave oven works well. By plugging it into a surge protector, I was able to extend the cord a few inches so as to be able to place it where I wanted it to be, not in the middle of my short kitchen counter.

Lots of power but need to read manual to figure out all the features

Seems to be working fine. Only drawback is the lack of pre-programmed time settings, as the dial must be used to set the times. I have kept the original box "just in case" it has to be shipped to Panasonic under warrantee.

Best countertop microwave I’ve ever had. The turn dial is incredible. Well engineered. I’ve had for a year now, and it still works as new. High quality, durability, no design. Would highly recommend, as this price is spot-on.
