Very good microwave. Looks great, large enough to fit bigger dishes and works like it should. I wish there was a "one push 1 minute button" instead of the 30 seconds button that requires you to also press start, however it's not a huge deal since you can just press the 30 seconds button twice and then press start. Overall satisfied with this microwave.

I could not respond earlier because I had not set it up yet. It works perfectly. I mainly use microwaves for heating items and not cooking them but this is a very nice microwave. I moved into an older building, which did not have a microwave, like every other place I have lived. I like it and I would recommend it.

really solid. great brand. so far really good and heats up great. only complaint I have is the buttons are old school and afraid will eventually break. but so far no problems

I didn't realize how noisy my old unit was until I decided to replace it with this one (I'm glad it has a beep sound at the finish as I cannot hear it running if I walk out of the kitchen). The sensor cooking feature is great as it senses moisture from boiling/high heat and knows when to stop. The unit is slightly larger that the one it replaced and has a bit more power which is nice. Others are straight forward and give you great flexibility and control over cooking. I definitely recommend this unit even though it was a bit more expensive than some others at Best Buy; $40 - $50 more now spread over 10 years is definitely worth the beautiful silence for those 10 years when the unit is running ;-) Buy it if you are on the fence!

Works great and fits well in the cart. Easy to clean and looks good. I would definitely recommend this microwave.

I had a Panasonic microwave for over 30 years and it is still working. Since I have some rust inside, I decided to buy a new one. This 1.3 cu. ft is pretty good size and works very well. I wish it could have number buttons to enter the minutes and seconds I need just like the old one. But all over I am very happy with this model.

Review of Panasonic microwave nn-sd69ls I have been using this microwave every day for a month. Pros: All stainless exterior-sides and top—not just the trim. Very simple to operate. The included instruction manual explains it all. I have mostly used the “sensor reheat” and “sensor cook.” I have not had to dial the “wheel” very often. I previously had touch-pads on all my microwaves, but I found this dial very easy to get used to. If you want to increase the time, I find it easier to use the “Quick 30” button for 30 second increments. There is a handy menu label inside the door. It does have a timer. Very nice bright clock! Best Buys price was right. I ordered it online near Black Friday pandemic. Best Buy processed my order within a few hours. I drove to the Washington Boulevard Culver City store, gave the clerk my order and ID outside the store, and he brought the microwave to my car. It could not have been more convenient. There is nothing that I don’t like. A tip: the roller ring is packed taped to cardboard in the packing material. I almost threw it away before I noticed.

Awesome Microwave! I have not had any issues with it yet. Easy to clean. But, I can say that after a few months, the dial button is less used. This is because once you set a time with Dial, you cannot press and add 30 seconds instantly. And it goes the same the other way, once you press add 30 secs button, you cannot use the dial to add just smaller seconds, it is one or the other. I've learned to deal with it by just using the dial for anything under 1min.

Great little microwave. i'm glad i did not review immediately. This has a dial instead of a number pad which I tought I would not like. Turns out it all works very well. It looks good in our cabinet and functions as expected. You won't be disappointed.

I suppose it's all a matter of perspective. I love the buttons and rotary dial because, if you think about it, every touch pad wears out - the plastic on top of the buttons eventually wears through and it looks as if you forgot to remove the plastic. Very annoying when you've paid upwards of $100, $200 etc. This is large enough to fit a very large plate, casserole dish or a large frozen microwavable dinner. Having just lived in a hotel for two years, I love the size of the oven and the fully powered 1100 watts. I also like that there aren't the crazy amount of button suggestions that I'll never use. The sensor reheat is good, I always add more time. You do have to take a few minutes to read the manual to set the clock and learn how to use the sensor settings. It's sharp looking. I have to look at it along with everything else in my home so why wouldn't I want something with aesthetics. Plus, I got it on sale.

A lot bigger than I was expecting at this price. Snagged it super cheap open box, all manuals and wiring were there. Even the plastic tabs were still taped. So far, it works like as a microwave should. Haven't heated up anything exceeding 5 minutes though.

Good microwave with some nice features but we've come to not really like the knob for setting time. It does work well but if you want longer cooking

This Panasonic microwave is exactly what we needed. It is able to hold large items with ease. Even though it is large, it has a low profile and blends in with the rest of the kitchen. All the settings you need to cook, reheat, or thaw items are available. Simple to learn to use. Easy to clean. We are very pleased with it.

I was assigned an office without a microwave or a refrigerator. Someone gave me a old school 6cf fridge, but I decided I wanted a good microwave. Be careful using the sensor to reheat food. It can melt those semi disposable plastic containers that are supposed to be microwave safe. The dial is ANNOYING. Otherwise the sensor is great for cooking TV dinners, popcorn comes out on point, instant rice is cooked better than my GE over the counter microwave. It used to be Sharp was the best go to brand for counter microwaves. When Panasonic introduced the genius sensor, they took over the upper middle part of the market as far as price for a countertop microwave. This one is worth stretching to get, but be careful reheating your leftovers, which is how most people use their microwaves. That's why its a 4/5 instead of a 5/5, but is a likely buy again for me.

Easy to operate. Best microwave oven I ever had!! Big enough but does not take up too much space.

I got this because my older model of this stopped working after 2 years but it was a really nice microwave. So this is the new model of that and its pretty much the same but has a dial button to use instead of putting in the numbers. I really dont care for it as i know what i want to punch in and instead i have to turn a dial and adjust it a couple of times because its easy to go past what u want and then readjust. Its not a major complaint by any means i just rather have a number pad. But the performance of the microwave is very good.

My family somewhat like this Panasonic microwave. However, Panasonic's implementation of the dial is pretty bad. We came from a larger (2.2 Cu. Ft 1500) oven that we loved, but we had to downsize due to space constraints in our new home. Our LG had a dial that worked wonderfully. This one on this Panasonic is horrid! You turn, but don't get far, so you must turn A LOT more. Who is design director that tested this thing and thought that was okay?! Is it really that difficult to have non-employees use these things to give their thoughts? The saving grace is that you can press the 30 sec Quick button up to 5 minutes, which will serve most food plate heatings. Also, reading the labels on the fron of this thing is no fun. Why on earth do today's designers insist on printing similar colors on top of similar colored/toned backgrounds? Ever see grey text on a white background web page? That's what this is like. Just WOW! On the good side though is the clock is a nice bright white, unlike our LG that was blue led that was super difficult to see in most lighting conditions. Thank goodness for having clocks on everything these days. This microwave has good power for it's size. It's nice looking too, but we're still in the return window, and have not thrown out the box because of ridiculous design elements that really should not be in place. We are hesitant to recommend without pointing out the silly design decisions.
