This microwave works great and my wife is still working at work. Very powerful thing indeed

Replaced a 10 year old microwave with this unit the day before Thanksgiving when the old one died. Really enjoyed the unit- nice design, efficient. Slightly awkward rotary control for time, but workable. After merely 6 months of typical use, the microwave stopped cooking. I was warming a single potato and I heard the sound of the unit change. The potato was cold. I tried heating a cup of water to check it, and nothing... Lights up. Platter rotates, lights are on and all controls are responsive. Simply dead and will not cook.

This is an excellent mircrowave. I used have bought 2 units of sharp microwave before but it did not last long. My old panasonic microwave still work. Highly recommended this brand

I always get Panasonic only because they're durable. This one functions as well as the others I've had, except for setting specific cook and clock times. What I don't like about this particular model is that there are no numbers on the control board. In order to set the cook time, set the clock, anything that involves specific numbers, you have to keep turning the knob. So, if you want the oven to run, say, even 5 minutes, you have to keep spinning this knob, second by second, until you reach 5. Cumbersome. Of course, you can still keep pressing the 30 second control 10 times to get 5 minutes...

I hate that the light stays on when the door is left open. Not enough control of the timing in defrost mode/ It works perfectly.

Works great and looks modern. My only complaint is that it's a bit louder than my previous microwave which was also a Panasonic.

Setting the amount of time for the microwave is clumsy at best. Anything over a minute or so requires multiple terms of the dial to set the temperature. After about 14 months, the clock will no longer keep time. It advances itself every single time that you said it.

Some would say this is simply another run of the mill microwave. This microwave has grown to be more than a microwave it's my friend, my lover, my soulmate.

The microwave was a little strange to get used to compared to the other ones I had. I have used this one quite a lot and I think it is a very good Microwave.

This is more elaborate than my previous one, more “bells and whistles”. Just adjusting, I like it so far but just more complicated.

fine microwave, but has no numeric keypad, I find setting time by turning knob less intuitive

works reliably wish it had better sensor cooking modes compared to our older LG which failed just after warranty
