Horrible design, works OK

The dial feature is the worst. To heat water for 3 minutes, I have to press the quick start 30 second button 6 times then start. With the other microwaves, I could push 300 start, 4 presses. To heat longer, I have to keep pressing button or fuss with the horrible dial. I would like to smash this machine. The dark interior makes it hard to see. The light on the outside is so bright it glares into the next room, so my husband covers it with a towel. Did I mention that I hate this microwave?
