Poor Timing Controls

Did Not Last Long

I really never liked the fact that it uses a dial mechanism for time and weight and what have you instead of allowing you to input a specific amount of time/weight/etc. that was annoying but it wasn’t a dealbreaker. However I just bought this thing in October 20 20 and it stopped working and I am on my way to a Best Buy now to take it to Service and replace it with a different model. Given that my previous microwave lasted over 10 years this is not impressive.

Not What I Thought

I thought I would like the push button opener, but it's not what I really like. I'm probably not setting the time correctly but I don't like how I'm doing it now. That said, again it works well and its strong enough to cool everything it should.
