No longer heats food after seven months.

Similar to other reviews here, our microwave stopped heating food after seven months of use. It is still under warranty, but that requires sending to a repair shop. Not convenient for an appliance we use daily. I should also add that the interface is cumbersome to use. The "Radio Dial" needs to go away. Bring back the number pad.

I have not used 90% of its features yet. It is a little complicated at first, but you pickup on as you use it. I just like Panasonic Microwave for its power output.

Do not buy. Style does not outweigh ease of use

Owned for 1 year when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Works fine as you would expect however the lack of numbers doesn’t seem like an issue at first but becomes super inconvenient very quickly. 90% of things have to be done by spinning the wheel which is unintuitive and can not be precise like certain things require. This is something you may not think of initially. If I would have looked this up before buying there is no way I would have purchased.
