unpleasant smell coming from the unit

Posted .Hello! To remove this type of odor, combine 1 to 1 1/2 cups (250 to 375 ml) of water with the juice and peel of one lemon in a 2 quart (1.9 l) microwave safe bowl. Set power to HIGH for 5 minutes and press "START". Once the water finishes boiling, wipe the interior of the oven with a cloth. Kindly note that when the oven is new a strange odor may be emitted during the first few usages. This is normal. Also, check if any oils or liquids have spilled within the cavity. If there is, again please make sure to properly clean the oven including the glass tray as well as underneath the tray and the roller ring. Microwave stopped working 1 year post purchase

On January 31, 2022, just 20 days past the 1 year warranty lapsed, this $171.00 microwave will no longer heat anything up. It works, as in you can turn it on and it sounds like it’s doing something, but you can leave it in for 2:00 minutes and still never even get a hint of warmth from it. We opted to purchase one that was a bit expensive because you get what you pay for, right? We are now going to have to purchase another microwave, only one year later, because it was a crap purchase.

Stopped Heating

It may or may not be under warranty depending on what needs to be replaced. My last microwave (GE) lasted close to 40 years. Guess I should have stuck with that brand. We really like the dial feature on this microwave, but that means nothing if it doesn't work properly. From what I've read, this problem seems to be an issue with this microwave.

Takes quite a bit of pressure to get door to open and you have to be right in the center of the door release button. Cook time for what I use it for is good, size is good Still learning, but doubt I would replace it with another like it

Stopped heating after less than 2 months.

We bought this after seeing the positive reviews. Since there is only my wife and I the microwave didnt get heavy use. When I contacted support they said since there is no service dept in our area we would have to ship it back to them for "review". They said they would provide the box for the return but just that process would take up to and potentially longer than, 2 weeks!! Think about this before buying this microwave
