I’m a senior citizen and they brought this one curb side but I didn’t want to go back to Springfield to take it back during this COVID thing and it’s too late now. I’m not happy with it though.

Died in 16 Days and Had to Argue to Return!

I was cooking some frozen vegetables and all of the sudden it completely lost power. Not time or anything. Power supply died. Then I had to argue with Best Buy to take it back because of their horrible 15 day return policy. Getting a different brand from another retailer.

Not Easy to Use

Rust inside

The inside has rusted considerably. Apparently, moisture when cooking food will make the microwave rust. Panasonic just gave me a refund, and I am hesitant to buy another one.

Don’t buy this microwave

Neither Best Buy or Panasonic have been able to help me even though the microwave is still covered under the manufacture warranty. I will never buy from either party again. This is not an inexpensive product and to break so quickly with no recourse, is ridiculous. Spend your money elsewhere.

Bad Control Board - Not Worth the Premium Price

Intermittently the time wheel doesn’t respond, the timer freezes and the clock stopped working. Unit will start to cook then after 30 seconds the timer freezes, stops counting down and shortly after the unit shuts off and will not respond. Absolute garbage. I had a cheap Oster that lasted for 10 years by comparison.

1 month and then dead

Then would just run for no reason constantly. It wouldnt heat. It would just run. Good thing we had the best buy membership. We brought it in so they could diagnose / repair and they determined it couldnt be fixed. Got a gift card to cover the cost of the microwave and ended up buying a breville microwave

Don’t waste your money on the warranty.

Was advised to return unit for a replacement if it died. It died 2 weeks ago. I returned it to BB who sent it to a service center far away with an estimated repair, replace or refund in about 4 weeks. Just waiting with an empty hole where my microwave used to live,
