Looks like the aluminum housing create a vibration.

Doesn’t last long

It did it’s job while it was working without any issues, which is why I’m not giving it a 1 star but not even 6 months of owning the item it has still runs but it doesn’t heat anything.

We like the dial control which our old Panasonic

The only thing that is not up to the older one is the power but of course the older one was a much larger unit.

Blew Breaker Everytime

Thinking maybe the breaker was bad I plugged in the old microwave and it was fine. I don't know if it was just a defective unit wiring or what so returned it and got my account credited.

The dial "looks" cool but it's not intuitive when you need to heat sometimes more than 1 minute. You'll have to dial at a 5s increment.

Stay far away from anything panasonic

Horrible microwave with even worse support from Panasonic. It broke after 6 weeks. Panasonic took a month of badgering to get an RMA for the warranty work. It took a month to get it back from warranty. Its a good thing the old one still worked and was in the basement.
