The wattage is good food that is heated up is thoroughly heated.

Works great and easy to use. Plus Best But made it so easy to order and it was available to pick up on same day.

We purchased this product on 9.30.22, and 35 days later it stopped working. A software malfunction because whenever the door is closed it turns on and does not heat. Open the door and it turns off. Close the door, same result-turns on; open the door, same result-it turns off. You cannot control the time. The only way it does not operate is with the door open. We did not buy geek squad protection and have to return the product to Panasonic and that is no fun. It is taken me more than an hour now and I still haven’t made progress with Panasonic.

Overall good, does not heat up food after 4 year make sure buy extra warranty.

Love the dial design, don't have to look for numbers. Just rotate the dial to your desire time, then press the dial to start. But keep in mind the response of the dial is not instantaneous, there is a little bit or delay, so you'll need to get used to it.

This is a very good microwave. I like the most is it's sensor reheat function which take out the guesswork of how much time that I needed.

It is a little hard to use but I’m sure I’ll get used to it. Like the unit.

It's a "decent" & "adequate" microwave oven. Setting cook time is NOT intuitive - very different from most ovens. Putting the rotating glass tray inside is needlessly complex. Lining up the tray and the rotating frame that goes under the tray is challenging. I would NOT buy this microwave oven again.

I have always liked Panasonic microwaves and this one new one after upgrading from an older one was what I had expected and like. I like the turbo defrost as that worked quite well. The quick dial was nice to use as well. Great microwave!

Works great n so simple! 1 button starts n works as a timer..just wish there was a way to shut door without being so loud..

Generally very good. A little difficult to figure out how to do a simple warm-up.

We're on the second microwave, I may have to take this one back too. The first microwave's tray motor never turned. The second microwave tends to give us reminder beeps even after a meal is done and we've removed the food and closed the door. Past that, the timer wheel is a mess. For example, I just tried setting the timer wheel to 10 minutes. Took me 7 rotations. I've used other microwaves with timer wheels, none are this slow to count up times. I wish I would have bought a different microwave. On the good side, the sensor reheat button seems to actually work. I'm surprised.

We purchased this model to replace the exact same one we have had for a few years but had mysteriously stopped heating food. I suspect we will be replacing this one sooner. It is louder and makes clunky noises from the turntable.

We have had this microwave for less than 6 months and it is already rusted on the inside from the overwhelming amount of moisture that is left behind with anything we cook. I leave the door open between cooking and i keep it clean and this still happened somehow. Very bummed, especially when you pay this much for a microwave.

Dial came bent. but I was able to make it work well. Broke afer 2 years. The unit does not heat anything now. this is 2nd time happened to Panasonic microwaves. I will not be buying panasonic again.

Didn't last 3 years before it started arcing when putting a bowl in the microwave. In addition, the dial is not user friendly.

Buyer beware, this one heat your food when it decide to. I had to try warming the food 3 or 4 times before it would get warm. That was after having this microwave for only 3 months. I didn't put it in the shop immediately because I needed the use of a microwave & tried to live at it, when I just couldn't take it any longer I called Panadonic. It's been in the shop for 3 weeks now. I'm disappointed with Panasonic.

The directions provided in a booklet are not helpful explaining how to set the timing for preparing food. I will make sure not to purchase this type of microwave again in the future.

Purchased this Microwave on 12/31/2020. We never set it up until February 12, 2021. Now it doesn't even defrost, cook, or heat up a cup of water. During the 2nd month of use, it stopped working, then worked again. We paid $169.59(about $180.00 with tax) and in under 3 months it doesn't work. We got this brand because we had an old one that worked for 10+ years. What a piece of crap!!!!!
