    Purchased this Microwave on 12/31/2020. We never set it up until February 12, 2021. Now it doesn't even defrost, cook, or heat up a cup of water. During the 2nd month of use, it stopped working, then worked again. We paid $169.59(about $180.00 with tax) and in under 3 months it doesn't work. We got this brand because we had an old one that worked for 10+ years. What a piece of crap!!!!!

    The model I purchased is 1.3 cubic feet stainless NN-SU686S, not this one. But the brand is this brand. It only lasted two years and broke. Luckily, I got the coverage from my Costco credit card extended 2 year warranty.

    Lasted maybe 1 year and it’s already died. Won’t hear anything up! So irritating. Our last microwave was another brand and it lasted forever.
