Takes up less counter space than our old microwave but still allows for the same size items we've typically heated or cooked before. Heats quickly and evenly. We are very pleased with this purchase.

Have no complaints about this microwave. It is exactly the size and color that I wanted and has the higher wattage that you normally don't find with this size. What little time I've had it its worked great. It doesn't have numbers on it to set the cook time but you can either use the dial or the 30 second button to get the cook time you want. You get used to it. Only complaint I would have is that I wish the interior light was a little brighter. Can't really see the inside for cleaning. I haven't tried the popcorn setting so I can't speak on that. I would recommend this microwave if you don't use one very much cause I don't.

love this microwave. never had anything like it. it will have something out the fridge too hot to touch in 30 seconds lol. the knob is kind of annoying sometimes

There are many things I like but one thing is a failed design. I like the size, I like the color, I like the power, and I like many of the preset options. The one thing I am not a fan of is the rotary dial. Unless I'm missing something, setting time over 3 minutes really suck. I find myself just standing there turning and turning and turning. Then when you use the ‘30 second’ button, it only goes up to 3 minutes but then you can't add more time by turning the dial. So be prepared.... Yes, I would recommend this to a friend with the caveat of the dial is not your friend.

Good microwave. Lots of room inside. Gave 4 stars because it has a dial you turn to adjust cook time. It just took me a bit to get used to.

I was looking for a microwave that is easy to operate, with turn knob and not having to touch many buttons for simple operations. This is one of them. Good size and quality too.

Great microwave! It is the perfect size for the counter and is very easy to use. It has lots of convenience features for cook control with preprogrammed buttons. The power is perfect.

I like this microwave a lot, and have been using it for several months, but there is one note of caution I'll be getting to. The TLDR is, go ahead and purchase a Best Buy extended warranty or at least make sure there's an Panasonic authorized service center near where you live. One of the main reasons we purchased, outside the very competitive price, was the being able to use the dial and toggle switches in place of the more common touchpad to set and initiate cook time and run through other choices, since touchpad keys do tend to wear out out. The note of caution is this: After those several months of use, the microwave simply stopped heating. It was very perplexing, and, though the oven was still under manufacturer's warranty, I also discovered that there was no nearby authorized service center. (I'd just assumed there must be one or more nearer to my home in Los Angeles County.) I was ready to trash the microwave completely, since repairs would like come to near the price of a new one. Having borrowed a smaller substitute, I went on-line to research possibility of undertaking them myself - at least far enough to verify which part was failing, and seek a replacement for it alone. It had remained unplugged for weeks - and also had been jostled around a bit. I note these two factors because, to my surprise, as I tested it before starting my amateur work, the microwave worked again! I'm back to using it, but warily, and I wish that in this case I had purchased the extended warranty. Could be I just ended up with a lemon, of course, as I haven't noticed similar complaints.

The fanciest microwave I've ever owned honestly, I had no idea it was this fancy until it arrived. It's very easy to use and does a great job heating

I was concerned that family members might find this one hard to use since it differs so much from our old one - but everyone seems to find it easy to use. I prefer how the dial offers unlimited flexibility in setting the duration where my old one didn't. Works well and looks nice. Only thing I don't like is that the plug doesn't sit flush with the wall and eats up space behind the microwave where my outlet is set.

solid microwave. Performs well, a bit louder than our old one and one thing I'm not sure about is the dial for entering cook time.....

The first replacement microwave (a GE model) that I bought near the end of April 2022 was the wrong choice, It had a flawed touchscreen panel and became awful to use. I had to return and exchange it. This Panasonic model with a dial and actual push buttons has performed just the way we need it to work. It has the watt power and right size appliance that fits on our kitchen cart. There are way more settings and options for cooking that I want. Regardless, this one suits our needs very well.

The microwave is very nice looking and fits easily into almost any kitchen. However, the controls are not very user friendly. Since our purchase we have had to go to the users manual several times to make sure to use the correct settings. It is a very nice and powerful machine once you get the hang of the controls. I would recommend this machine after using and getting used to the controls.

Unique control panel takes a little getting used to, then makes you wonder why others are more like this. Easy to use and powerful. No negatives so far.
