Very efficient and fast cooking. Quiet with a nice stainless steel front. Looks very good with all of my stainless steel appliances.

Purchased for my mother. Inverter technology and easy to use physical buttons and knobs led me to this model. No touch panel to fail! Unfortunately, she’s having problems using remote controls and appliances these days but can easily use this model. You open the door and it lights up blue around the round knob and the display prompts you on what to do. Simply rotate the knob clockwise to add time, counter clockwise to reduce time. It then flashes a blue LED next to the start button and prompts you on the display. Beyond intuitive! I can’t vouch for the long term reliability but initial quality was great. Cooked and heated a few things while I was visiting. Very similar performance to my new LG with Inverter technology but way easier to use. Hopefully it lasts (especially the door release button) but picked up the 4 year warranty just in case.

Pros: Digital Display can be seen at any angle so if you place low or high you can read it. I like the dial because you can just spin it to the desired time instead of punching numbers in that you can't read on other counter top microwaves. The inside is large. I can think of anything It could not fit that I would still microwave. Defrost also works great. Good looking as well. Others looked plastic and cheap. This has solid buttons with a retro stainless steel look and matching durable feel. I had a Panasonic in the past and it seemed to last longer than other brands. I use every day and get about 3-4 years out of a microwave. Cons: the box says it broils. There are no heating elements in this microwave that I can see and no button for broil so I don't get how they can put this on the box. I wanted a broil function for cooking crispy pizza. I don't see how I can do that and probably would take back except it is a good microwave otherwise. There is a 30 sec button for one touch start except you have to hit start after you select it or hit it multiple times to add 30 sec. so it is not quite one touch like other microwaves. This is probably a good thing for small kids. The start button light does blink reminding you to hit the button after selecting a time. I can live with that for safety. I'd give it five starts if it really had a broil function like the box says.

Works well. Very powerful and works quickly. Also fairly quiet for the power. Why only 4 stars is it needs a number pad to make it easier to control cooking time. Still worth the price.

it a good machine. but software glitches require reboot that is not easy to get done. we bought this because it works and fits in certain sized space to replace another similar unit. its easy to use and works.

Very happy with this microwave. Easy to use and has a lot of features. Fit perfectly in the cutout of my cabinetry and looks good with my other appliances.

I bought this because I put a range hood over the stove vs. a microwave. Most over the stove microwaves stick out five to six inches so I opted for a counter microwave. My 10-year old is happy because he can reach it. It was between this an a Breville but I couldn’t cost justify the Breville especially since the Panasonic was an open box so the price was even better! I got a bigger microwave for less money. The guy at Best Buy said Breville has great customer service. To me that meant they have issues otherwise why would I need to contact customer service? I am very happy with my purchase. The only negative is that the stainless attracts fingerprints easily.

Great product. Easy to use and looks good. I like the knob to select the minutes. Easier and faster than the keypad that was on my old one.

I did a lot of searching about 5 years ago when purchasing a Microwave. I ended up buying this model. Now this year it broke. Things just don't last long anymore, but I purchased the same model again as I loved it. The preprogrammed cooking features, especially for oatmeal works great. Never over flows. The defrost also works wonders. Prior microwaves would partially cook what you are trying to defrost, and this one hasn't so far. Panasonic also fixed the door sticking problem. Now I just have to learn not to slam the door. A very solid Microwave.

It took us twice ordering this item to actually get it from Best Buy, but once we were told it was ready for pickup, it was so easy. They took our name and item number and put it in the back of our car. That was it. The microwave is big and works fabulously.

I purchased this microwave, and to my surprise it was the best microwave I've ever owned. It is spacious, easy to use, and very sleek looking. I love the dial knob that replaces a normal key pad. I would recommend this to anyone in the market for a new microwave!

Powerful microwave that is user friendly & cooks / warms food evenly. We have only had it for a few months and hopefully will last many years. Bought as an open box and got a really good price. We bought the extended warranty as we have had bad luck with newer appliances. My wife really likes the looks of the microwave as well.

We bought to replace a micro that started to fail after only 3 years. This one was perfect! Easy to install in wall space- fit like a glove. Great workhorse! Can fit my Pyrex dishes inside. No problems! Closes easily without having to slam shut (a problem with our old one). Easy to operate. Am really pleased!!

This is our second Panasonic microwave of essentially the same model. The first lasted 5 years before the magnetron went out. Stuck with the same updated version because the functionality is very good, and we are using the oven in a wall cabinet, with the accent trim available from Panasonic... so it looks great, too!

The microwave has a large capacity and works effieciebtly. Foods are heated evenly. The only negative that I have found is that the dial timer is not as easy to set as buttons would be, but once I got used to it, it's fine.
