One of the features I loved is, when you're defrosting, it won't stop in the middle and beep for you to "turn" your food. I became a Nana, 2 years ago, and it's imperative that I have a microwave. He LOVES corn on the cob and I can heat 2 small ones in 5 minutes. This microwave is the best!

Panasonic is a reliable brand and this one has some good features. I purchased the built in kit, which was kind of a pain to install. The only minor issue is that you can't run the timer if the microwave is on. With my old one you could time something on the stove while the microwave cooked. Not a show stopper but kind of annoying. Otherwise it cooks like a microwave should.

Superb oven all around

The finish is quite good looking and the controls are marvelously easy to use. The interior lamp is an LED which is quite bright, but I wish it was a warm white instead of the cool white. The door latch closes much easier than the previous model, which is helpful when my hands are full and I'm closing the door with my elbow. This is a superb oven.

The team at Best Buy even let us plug in the floor display to experience the dial feature before we purchased. It is a very powerful microwave that we truly enjoy.
