Owned about two months now and use it everyday. The design is attractive and has generated compliments from guests. My only complaint to Panasonic is the door release button is a little difficult. It is a large button, but we've found that you must exert a firm push to the center of the button to open the door. Push off-center and it is very difficult to get the door to release. Other than that, it's great...

Very power full. Love the size of it and all the features. Cooks food to perfection.

Overall, very satisfied. It's a microwave, so what is there to say. I heats food up as needed. It does look great, we like the design. The sensor reheat works, sometimes, but you do need to keep an eye on things because if it doesn't sense moisture or whatever it is looking for, it can fry the heck out of your food. Regular settings work as normal, just the reheat button is iffy. I would still buy this regardless, we didn't buy it for the reheat sensor, we bought it be of the brand and the looks.

Replaced my 15 year old Panasonic with this one. This one has the nice quick knob feature. Heats up food quick and evenly. Built in LED light will last longer than a traditional bulb.

Our old white microwave was heating food slowly, so we took this opportunity to get a new one, and in stainless steel which matches our kitchen. This is the perfect microwave - large and sleek. The dial is handy - no punching numbers for minutes and seconds. And it is much more efficient than our old one. We like it so much, we just bought the same one for my mom and she loves it too. Highly recommend.

I purchased this to replace a nearly identical model that finally failed for good after one other major warranty repair. It performs beautifully, but I'm not sure it will last, as its predecessor (identical except for the external case material) failed twice in its short 3 year lifetime. If you buy it, get the longest extended warranty you can. Also, note that it is NOT stainless steel - only the front is. The case is silver painted, the interior is ivory painted steel.

After 7 years, my Panasonic microwave died. I knew I wanted another one just like it. One of the features I loved is, when you're defrosting, it won't stop in the middle and beep for you to "turn" your food. I became a Nana, 2 years ago, and it's imperative that I have a microwave. He LOVES corn on the cob and I can heat 2 small ones in 5 minutes. This microwave is the best!

Needed a replacement microwave to replace a Kenmore that lasted about 12 years. Panasonic is a reliable brand and this one has some good features. I purchased the built in kit, which was kind of a pain to install. The only minor issue is that you can't run the timer if the microwave is on. With my old one you could time something on the stove while the microwave cooked. Not a show stopper but kind of annoying. Otherwise it cooks like a microwave should.
