had to replace a 10 yr old microwave of the same brand. not sure how much I like the turn know to set the required time. but it works well, fits perfectly and looks great.

Like that it has the same or similar features to my older Panasonic. Cooks well and looks good with stainless steel finish. Seems to be easy after loss of power to end up in Demo Mode and requires referring to manual to reset to regular mode.

This microwave is the updated version of the one that we just had to recycle. We had our original Panasonic inverter 10 years! I hope this one lasts as long. I am a little concerned about what I have read about the latch. We will see. My favorite feature of these microwaves is the defrost. I freeze everything, and it is nice to know when I defrost, I won't partially cook it, I was unsure about the dial feature, but it is so easy. There was no learning curve. I would buy this again.

Pros: Fast, consistent, and thorough heating. Cons: quirky controls, takes a little getting used to. The best microwave I've ever used, though the controls took a little getting used to.

Great unit - powerful, quiet. I like the knob - easier than a keypad.

Love, love the features on this microwave and the large cooking space that isn't available in any other microwaves I would have considered to buy. I bought this exact model many years ago and it is still working fine, but I didn't want to take a chance if I ever need to replace it, so I decided to buy another one in case it was discontinued. Ordered online and picked up at my local store a few days later by just presenting my order. It was quickly retrieved and loaded into my car. Great service!

This microwave replaced an older one and food gets much hotter in much less time. And its set of controls is very handy.

I bought this to replace my older Panasonic 2.2 cu ft. The start switch went on that one and I hope this one surpasses that one. This one is much nicer.

Bought as a replacement for older microwave that died. Was rated high by Consumer Reports. Has been worth the money so far. Only down side is is shows fingerprints easily

Great microwave, it has plenty of power! I was unsure about the knob to select time and power, but it is easier than the keypad.

Admittedly, we had a very old, broken microwave, but the Panasonic is a pleasure to use. Larger, a knob to dial time, well-programmed. No negative issues to report.

Microwave looks good on the counter and is easy to use. I would rather have purchased a somewhat smaller unit, but the next smaller model was too small.

I love this microwave it cooks evenly and so easy to operate with options for just about everything you would need in a microwave. It has ample space inside and it cleans up easily.

We bought this one as a replacement for our previous Panasonic. The previous one was identical to the previous one. The main reason is that I had a built in kit that I wanted to re-use. The bad part was that the previous one lasted only 2.5 years so this time we bought the extended warranty.

This one replaced a very similar Panasonic microwave that I had for around 5 years & I am just as happy with this one as the one it replaced. I especially like the size.
