I purchased my Panasonic Microwave a year and a half ago. In that period it has worked perfectly every time. The controls are well thought out and customization of settings to suit individual dishes is easy and intuitive. The 1250 watt power rating is fantastic, meals cook in minimum time. I am very well satisfied with this oven and have recommended it to several friends and family members. Those who purchased it have all been satisfied with it also.

Super powerful and lots of options for preset heating. I thought the dial would be a pain but it's actually quite convenient.

First got it and hated the dial until I got used to it.. I would rebuy this unit in a heartbeat. My adult children also give it 5 stars

Microwave has a good look, cooks great, however has a few minor flaws. # 1, when the sun is out and bright in the kitchen, the blue numbers on the display are hard to read. Also, it is a new challenge getting use to having a dial only for telling the microwave what time to cook something. Never able to stop on exactly what you want without dialing it in. Other than that, a great unit for the price.

The power reduction feature is a fantastic improvement over the old on/off, However, the unit leaks microwaves and this interfered with a receiver. The unit was shipped to Panasonic for testing, but Covid-19 has slowed the results. I also don't like the time dial feature and would prefer a touch pad. So our use of it has been limited and we only had it for a week.

Using the knob to set time took a bit to wrap my head around, used to buttons, but now I love it. All in all a great microwave.

Glad I bought the service protection plan on this because the door opening button got sticky after a few days. Apart from that, it works quite well.
