Have now had microwave for about 6 weeks and I could not be happier. The only thing that could make me happier is if it last 32 years like the one that it is replacing. The directions are easy to follow.

We owned the predecessor unit for about 15 years and were very happy with it, but part of the turntable mechanism became rusty so we replaced it with the new unit. It will hold (and rotate) a large lasagne pan. The controls are easy to use and read. It is powerful and cooks things faster than our previous one. It is lighter than its predecessor, and doesn't need a metal probe to tell when food is done. It does take a lot f counter space but that is the trade off for an oven that will cook big dishes.

I needed a new microwave before the holidays are upon us. This oven is fantastic for cooking, keeping food warm , and fits on a counter well. It is a 1250 watt so there is a great deal of food that can be prepared in it on busy holidays. I highly recommend it.

We had a Panasonic microwave before and we loved it. We knew we wanted another one and we knew that we needed a large sized one to perform the tasks we were used to doing. We waited quite a while after our other microwave died because of the price of a new 22cu model. We had been getting by with a much smaller, backup unit and one day were were in Best Buy and just happened to go check out the microwaves while we were there. We were pleasantly surprised to find the brand, model, and size we wanted at $40 less than what it was priced 6 months prior. We purchased it that day and have no complaints. Works great.

It is big, it can fit a pizza. Programmable, easy to use, gives steps digitally. I used the automatic sensor reheat twice and both times had to stop it from overheating.

Occasionally, I hesitate to purchase an appliance highly rated by Consumer Reports. My experience is those appliances generally fall short of the glowing review. This Panasonic is different. It really IS as good as advertised (reviewed). Totally functional, And while a minor point, it came in the color white...the color of our other new kitchen appliances. If you're looking for a fine 2+ cubic foot microwave, don't hesitate. Best Buy has it!

This is my second microwave like this. Love the size, it comes in white (to fit my kitchen) and it certainly does the job I want. Not liking the door catch (previous microwave had a hard close) Not liking that the outer screen on the door is plastic (previous microwave screen cracked and repair cost as much as a new microwave!). Will keep an eye on this one and hopefully it will hold up better than the last one. I really like this but durability COULD be a problem.

This is the best microwave we have ever owned. We love the sensor cooking and reheating. The deftosting feature is excellent. Be sure to measure the space where you'll put it. It just fit in our shelf built in our new cabinets. An excellent purchase.

Seems to work fine. I need less time to heat things to desired temperature. So far I like the door handle (push button to open). My older microwave handle was breaking off from wear and tear.,

This is my second exact microwave. The last one was from 2002 and I think I could have had it repaired reasonably, but partner tossed it out before I could find out for sure. I would think that could be the case with this one, if that would ever be needed. The door latch is what failed. Display is easy to read, the usage is simple. Lots of choices for cooking, heating, re-heating, and thawing. Can use the large oblong dishes without it getting hung up on the turntable.

bought this microwave couple weeks before christmas, nice big 2.2 cu ft, lots of space, door seemed like it was a pain to close. after about 25 days, ours started to run by itself, we would unplug it, plug back in, and still the same problem. it showed door was not closed, when it was. and also the door having to seem like you had to slam it to shut it was a sign for us to take it back. we went and got a LG 1.4 cu ft microwave instead which works great

I purchased the same make and model 7 years ago. I was very upset the day that it stopped working because I didn't think I would be able to find the same make and model. To my surprise, I did!. The reason I like it is because is very spacious, good to cook a meal for one or a large crowd and very easy to use and the price is great. I would definitely recommend this product.

It is exactly what we expected from Panasonic. The microwave works very quietly and it fits my large serving dishes. The price is excellent for it's size.

Microwave works great. The only reason I gave 4/5 is I would of liked a little bit better of a button layout. Overall has awesome power and heats quickly.

I bought this item for the good looks, value, and ease of operation. My last unit was smaller and did not have the Inverter technology, which defrosts food evenly without cooking it

Love this new microwave, didn't realize it was as big as it is. It heats the food very quickly for a 1250W. The automatic sensor cooking is surprisingly good. Best feature is the keep warm function when your delayed from eating. All in all a great microwave especially for the money. Controls are a little confusing because they are limited but all in all it works out very well.

Bought this microwave as a replacement for one that went out. It's super big and has a lot of settings so it can be customized to your needs. I have a family of four and we use it quite a bit and so far it has performed as rated.

We had a previous version of this model. It failed after 13 years of almost daily use. This was purchased to replace that one. I have seen no issues with the unit. I found the sensor reheat function much improved on this newer model.

We are really pleased with our new microwave. The functions and controls are different from our old model, but once we learned them, they make sense and are very practical.

Over the past several years, this is the third time we have purchased this item as we need the counter top microwave. We do find that after 3-4 years the microwave doesn't work well. But for the price, we feel it is still a good deal.
