This was simple to hook up and set up. Works fine and syncs with both the receiver and tv to become the active source. Wife loves that. Between using this and the other dvd unit I can focus on replacing vhs tapes.

A Great Entry-Level 4K UHD Player!

Easy to setup and use, I read reviews about the player not responding to the Eject button on the remote and have not run into that issue at all in the 3 weeks I’ve had the device.

Great Blu-Ray player!!

Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.We bought this to replace an older "3D" blu-ray that was not 4K because we were having issues with the old one telling us that our brand new movie wasn't able to play and things like that. The only thing we hate about this one is that it automatically goes to the main menu when you start the dvd. It basically has no memory of where you left off which is frustrating if you're watching a series like Big Bang Theory where it's a bunch of episodes on 1 disc. This means you have to try to remember which episode you're on.

Affordable Choice for Smart TVs

Great choice if you already have online apps on your TV/chromecast/roku/etc and watch 4K blu-rays and/or want your DVD collection upscaled to your 4K TV. No apps, but they're probably already on your Smart TV/chromecast/roku.

It doesn't seem to want to recover. A couple times I had to restart my movie to fix the issue. Otherwise, it was easy to use and seems like a great product.

Needed 1 player to play both platforms. Great picture and sound with easy to use functions. Great buy if you have old technology. :)

Area of improvement: Tiny remote with tiny buttons, not recommend for those with sausage size fingers. Overall it's a keeper.

The Basic Player I Needed
