Very Disappointed

We got a good deal, but I still think we overpaid. For some reason, the eject button doesn't register all the time. I have to press it 2-5 times sometimes for the tray to open...it feels and looks cheap also. Very disappointed.

Defective out of the box

Put a dvd in, and 10 minutes into the movie the player shut off and would not come back on. Had to take the power cord in and out of the the back of the machine several times to get it to turn back on. It shut right back off again within a couple of minutes. Removed the plug again plugged back in several more times to get it to turn back on. Immediately took our movie out. Taking it back to the store tomorrow. My emailed shipping receipt says it must be returned by 1/16/21.......which is today and it’s 9pm, the store is closed for the day. I will be very unhappy if they do not take a defective unit back.
