Not too many bells and whistles, i.e. there's no front display giving you the time, and only has an Eject and Power button - no Play, <<, >>, etc. so you do need the remote working to operate... but for the price it plays my Blu-Rays and DVDs. That's all I need!...

They connected it up to my TV set. Both members were very likable and friendly. They were also competent. In fact, I have never met anyone from either the geek squad or Best Buy at large who was not carbonate, likable, and friendly. I have a very high opinion of Best Buy.

Decent 3D Player

It has less options, my fault for not looking. There is no Bluetooth. Difficult to find a decent 3D player. It really needs to be hooked up to your LAN to work best which means running a LAN wire to your router. Recommend purchasing flat LAN cable.

Good 4K player

I like the basic functionality but there is no WiFi for this one. There are no apps built in either so it’s a basic 4K with some perks like 3D and HDR. Purchased on sale under $100.

Good Blu-Ray Player

My only reservation is that there doesn't seem to be any "time" indicator, so if I want to go back to watch or listen to a particular spot, it's all trial and error. I wish the isntruction book had more details, as well. But this is an excellent product at a more than reasonable price.
