Great 4k Player

I like that the case is metal which most other player cases are plastic.

Playback is smooth and crisp using DVD, Blu-Ray and 4K discs. This is a simple, basic, player that does its job well.

A Replacement for the replacement

Ok to play dvd/blue ray cd's

Good for the price!

I needed a basic 4K player that was affordable, and can play 3D Blu-Rays as well! This was that player! I was amazed at the quality of 4K compared to regular Blu-Ray, and I noticed the difference right away! I did have one problem...playing the recently released 4K Star Trek VI! The other 4K Star Trek movies played well, with no problems, but Star Trek VI didn't get past the Paramount logo and language selection, so I checked the system information...v. 1.05! I checked on Panasonic's website and found out the latest firmware is 1.06! After downloading, unzipping, and transferring to a USB drive, I upgraded the player to 1.06, and Star Trek VI was playing well! If you have any 4K Blu-Ray Discs that don't play, go to Panasonic's website and try to upgrade the firmware. It worked for me!
