Save your hard earned money

I tried pressing it down for a full second and tried pressing it down a nano second with same results - multiple tries for it to open. Now, its the same issue with power button. Don't waste your hard earned money on this trash.

Very poor reliability
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased this Blu-ray player in Nov 2020 to replace a Sony DVD player. I may have used in 10 times (probably less) by March 2021. I place a DVD in the player and once it loaded to the menu screen I selected "play movie" and it locked up. The only thing it would do is turn on or turn off. It wouldn't load the disc stuck in it nor would it eject it. On & off is all it will do. Of course it is past the 30 day warranty. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone. I will not ever consider another Panasonic product.

Returned it to Best Buy store. The online purchase, delivery time and instore return was very easy and quick.
