Product exceeded all expectations. Easy to set up and perfectly compatible with my television. Plays DVD's and Blu-ray discs equally well with excellent picture quality. Very affordable price as well.

Great 4K player for the price. If you don't need all the extras but just need great performance, this player will do. Does an exceptional job of upscaling both DVDs and regular Blu-Ray discs too!

This player really makes movies and shows look sharp! I’m watching Krull (Blu-Ray) right now as I type and it’s almost as sharp as a 4K disc! So the upscaling seems to work well. The setup is straight forward. If you setup anything like this before, you shouldn’t have an issue. If you are looking for a player that has Netflix and stuff with it, this is not for you. When you power it on your choices are; Videos, Music, Photos, and Setup. Once you put a disc in another window opens and/or the disc takes over. I think it depends on how the disc is setup (I could be very wrong on this. Sorry if I am). Hopefully this review is helpful.

The price was still a little high at $100 on sale but it was the cheapest I could find that was full 4k and not upscale. It supposedly plays 3D blu ray??? Do they even make 3D TVs?! I have a Samsung 4K 120hz TV and this disc player still has hazy video and speed quality. The disc player also has a robotic voice that can be deactivated if it annoys you. Most of the time it works pretty well but when it sputters you will notice. I would not recommend if watching 4k Ultra blu rays is important to you. If you want a great blu ray player a little pricey this works great.

A great 4K player without all the extras such as wifi, streaming services. Does just what you want. My only concern would be the very small remote . But it is workable. Great sound and picture.

I do not need a fancy player with features my tv or streamers already have. I just need a box to play a disc and pass the signal to my tv and sound system unfiltered and unchanged. This worked perfectly for my HDR10+ and Dolby Atmos, and etc etc. No need to spend money on extra "features" when I only want a disc read and data passed to TV (unfiltered and unchanged). Worked perfectly with my 2021 "top of the line" Samsung model. I recommend. This review is after 3 months of use, and well evaluated.

Good quality for the price. The player is a bit slow to respond to the remote and eject button on the unit, but that’s just a minor complaint.

Works fine with good picture but lacks some features that more expensive players have, but for the money this does what you need. Very good value!

I purchased this to replace an old player that died. This was is easier to use and quality can't be beat. The set up was flawless.

This player does what it needs to do. It only has HDR 10, but that's all my 4K TV supports. It doesn't have WIFI - but you really don't need it with this player. So, far, it's played everything I've thrown at it & does a great job of upscaling my existing blu-rays. Highly recommended

A very basic 4k player but it fits my needs perfectly. No problems playing back 4k discs and media files. Great picture quality. Keep in mind there is no digital cable output, only HDMI.

Easy setup but it is just a 4K player. No apps or ability to add them even though it has an internet connection. picture. oicture.

I really like this player and it's really easy to use and install. I've had a problem with the input, but that was a minor mistake. 4K is great and the features are easy to learn.

Compact and easy to use. Great value for a Blu-ray. I had an older version that came with the cables, this one did not so I had to buy them separate.

No bells, no whistles. It plays DVDs, Blu-Rays, 4K UHDs. I love it. I don't need another device with apps like Netflix, Hulu, all that crap. It just plays the movies like it's supposed to and the picture quality is excellent. There is an ethernet port if you want to access the extras on some movies, etc, and for firmware upgrades. It does what it's made to do and it does it well.

Like other reviews, this is exactly what I wanted: a simple, no frill, 4k UHD DVD player that just does the job of providing the stunning quality of physical disk 4k content. I didn't want a streaming service (with smart TVs, who needs this anyways?). It simply does the job and does it well. It is very light but do not let the lack of weight distract you; it performs well and upscales blue-rays so well (was watching Jurassic World Blue-ray last night) that it is almost hard to tell the difference between blue-ray and 4k UHD blue-ray.

This was so easy to install AND so awesome to watch a 4K movie off of on my 4K tv. It is clear and sharp. And because it was a Christmas purchase the price was good, too.

This player can play 4k, blu-ray, and standard DVD'S. Best Buy hooked up this player for us. It has worked great no skips or stopping to start all over. The only thing is the remote controller is a little different for me fo figure out. At first I kept restarting the movie trying to go back to another part. I am satisfied with this player. If they are on sale again I plan on buying a few more. I can't afford Samsung players.

I needed a good, relatively simple 4K BluRay player. Having good, 1 year old QLED from Samsung, I did not need any streaming or Bluetooth options. This guy was on sale (very good deal Best Buy) so I decided to purchase it. I am glad I did. It works like a charm with my TV, set up was a breeze and menus are easy to navigate. I recommend getting a good 4K HDMI cable along with it (it is NOT included). I have not tried any 4K movies yet, however BluRay and DVD upscaled picture is beautiful. I strongly recommend it, especially when on sale - you won’t get 4K Ultra HD player for a better price, even online.
