Buying the battery with a higher capacity seems to be hard to do it? Can you give a suggestion? So far it works ok, however when i records something in the house with fluorescent light the movie seems so bad not good

Works Great! Does what we wanted it to do. It was the only camcorder they had in stock that day. Empty Shelves!

I would not recommend this camera for long amounts of film. I used it to film a wedding and in dim light it was very grainy. It also shut down often with an “error” but nothing was wrong. The battery life after charged overnight was only about an hour. The only good thing about this camera was that best buy accepted my return in full with these issues.

We use this for live streaming via the HDMI out to a Elgato capture card. Camera has a great high bitrate output.

I bought this to replace an older one I have, and although it doesn't have as many features as the other one, it still gets the job done.

This camera does some amazing things especially the slow motion recording. This is great for posting videos online for good clarity or just recording family events.

Recent corona virus problems caused me to need one so after great study settled on this model for use and value. Its been great

Good camera but the hdmi cable is backward from my Other equipment so I had to spend additional money on an adapter.

I can't wait to start shooting with this fantastic camera. Streaming, shorts, and maybe even a feature. #excited

Essential device for recording family memories and interviews for future generations. Somewhat pricey, though.

I purchased the camera from Best Buy because of my long standing relationship with your company. Whatever the product, you guys haven’t let me down yet.

Overall, I love this camera. It has a lot of great features. Unfortunately, when recording in 4k, LCD works, but the hdmi external display doesn't work, goes blank. Works fine when recording in lower resolution.(1080p or AVCH).... but that defeats the purpose of the 4k camera.

It's simple to setup and use with any PC. Clear picture and also has an input for a microphone.

I specialize in photography and was recently asked to cover some equine events that require video entries. So my photographer title temporarily switched to videographer. I had purchased this camera in hopes that it would produce great quality video that would make my clients stand out. Unfortunately the shipping was the biggest issue. The store I ordered the camera from was a mere 30miles away, but it still did not arrive on time. I ended up purchasing the $200 panasonic camcorder to get me through the event since the 4k one had not arrived. I was eventually able to compare the 2 cameras. The picture quality was grainy and absolutely terrible. The cheap version was better quality. Ended up returning it , definitely over paid for worse than cell phone quality video.

I am very pleased with my new camcorder it does just what I want it to do

Seems like it was a great camera. But I returned it when I had someone gift me one.
