    Have had this unit for a month or so now. They are working out very well for us. They do everything they are advertised to do and I would recommend them to anyone that needs 2 line phones with multiple handsets.

    I have had two months of nothing but headaches connected with my purchase of a landline phone and extra extensions. Cooperation and assistance are not available. I had one other bad experience with Best Buy but thought I would give them one more chance. Sorry I did.

    For those of you that work from home, stay away from this model of the Panasonic phones. I've always heard good things about the Panasonic models but they do not disclose on the 2 line system (which I require) that it doesn't have full duplex microphone for the speakphone. Translation: if there is any background noise on the call or your room (including a clock ticking) you sound like your breaking up to the caller. Boxed back up and sent back to Best Buy . If you're interested, the model of phone that I purchased and will be using (it has a full duplex mic :)) is an AT&T TL86103-2-Line-Connect-to-Cell Corded / Cordless Phone and Answering System.

    I purchased this to use with my obi200/Google Voice and also to connect my cell phones to it. It's been working great all these years. Love all the features.

    I purchase this model to replace an older model. I am so disappointed and frustrated. The sound quality of recorded messages is terrible. Even at the highest volume the message is muffled and hard to understand. the range is shorter than with my older Panasonic model. I regret this purchase.
