These phones were very easy to set up and operate. The sound is very clear.

This product replaced our old Panasonic system that was acting up after many years of service. We had such good luck with that sytem we made our choice from existing 3 phone Panasonic systems A new feature in this one is having the caller's phone number announced. Since we screen calls, this is a great improvement from physically going to the phone to see who is calling.

We had an older dual-handset set of Panasonic phones for 8 years. We needed a third handset in our new house, and decided to upgrade. These are great phones, lots of features, but we do notice they seem to have a bit of an echo. It's not a major flaw, and doesn't pose problems, but it is the one difference I noticed right away.

The build quality of this phone is good. It's not made with cheap/thin plastic. The buttons are easy to press, the screen is clear, and both the speaker and earpiece produce solid sound. If you've had a Panasonic phone in the past, I'd recommend upgrading to another Panasonic phone. The menu and button layout are similar from previous models, so you really don't have to relearn how to use the phone after you set it up. Even if you think of switching to a Panasonic model, the menu is very intuitive. This is a very good phone with great reception. I would definitely recommend this phone to others.

I recently switched from AT&T to Time Warner Cable (TWC) for phone service. Unfortunately, TWC neglected to tell me that I could only plug in ONE phone unless I paid another $40-50 to have a technician come out and "fix" the phone outlets. They couldn't tell me whether the technician would need to do ALL the outlets or just one to make them TWC phone service friendly. I declined to have them come out and charge me more $$. I opted instead to purchase this phone system. I plugged the base station into the modem, and now I have phone service in 3 rooms in my house! Hooray! The phones are working great and the batteries last for several days before I have to recharge them. I'm happy with my purchase.

Big numbers on handset and good sound quality on all phones

This set was easy to set up, and is easy to use. The volume on phone calls is ample, but there is some background static present during calls. It's a little distracting and accounts for the 4-star review rather than 5.

I purchased these to replace some 10 year old phones that stopped working. The call quality (or voice quality) sounds much clearer in these, and it has good range. The caller ID, while good, requires scrolling sometimes, which is odd since on my old phones, it always fit on the display. I think you cannot listen to and delete messages from the handsets, you have to do it at the base station. Knocked off a star for that, as even my old phones would do that. Overall, it is a good buy.

No frills, but very functional cordless at a great price. If you've ever programmed numbers into a phone to create a phone book, this will be easy to do, but for those not of the digital age, set up and use of the phone book will be a small challenge.

If you need a landline, this is a great option. It doesn't have all the sync to your cellphone options of the others, but it has good reception, a good number of handsets, and some good features. If you're looking for a general phone for a landline without a lot of fluff, this is a great option.
