These phones do not have great connection with the base unit. Speaking with my clients often lead me to repeat myself because of disabled connection pr call quality. Bluetooth loses pairing most of the time. The user interface is not friendly, the menu locations of a particular feature will not be located in the settings section you assime it should be.

Typically Cell service at my home is 1 bar and the actual call experience is less than stellar. Dropped and garbled words make it annoying to impossible to carry on a conversation. This cordless phone solves the issue because it connects using Bluetooth and can pair with 2 different cell phones. Its great, no more awkward speakerphone calls or repititive conversations! I think the key is not needing to touch or move my cell phone around during the call. Its a bonus that it has the intercom feature I remember from old days. The intercom was super helpful when my teen had to isolate.

I bought this phone system to replace a similar Panasonic system that has given me over 10 years of service. It developed some issues, so I decided it was time to update. I searched BB for a suitable Panasonic replacement. I needed 5 stations, so I also purchased a matching single handset. The new system has updated common features as well as several new ones. Key features include: *Bluetooth connectivity for 2 mobile phones so you can make and receive on any of the handsets. This is helpful to me, because, in a two-story house, I very often forget the mobile on whichever floor I was on prior to a call. *Call Block: Automatic Call Block can block known robocalls before the phone rings. With Telemarketing Call Block, you can block those calls. One-Ring Scam Alert helps with “one ring” scammers. Plus, you can manually add up to1,000 numbers using the red “Call Block” button on the handset. This came in handy on the first day of the new phone’s usage. *Two-way recording records calls with the push of a button. Helpful when pen and paper aren’t nearby. *Bi-lingual Talking Caller ID: The options are English or Spanish. If you miss a call, up to 50 missed callers can be remembered for callback. *Each handset and the base have a backlit screen so names, numbers, etc. can be easily read. Plus, up to 3,000 numbers can be entered automatically or manually into the directory. * Large, easy to read numbers on each handset is a definite plus. They’re about 2x larger than on my old set. *Long battery life! In Eco mode and a fully charged battery, talk time is estimated to be up to 10 hours. Standby time is estimated to be up to 5 days. All rechargeable batteries eventually die, but from my experience with my prior Panasonic system in the10+ years of use, no batteries needed replacement until around year 6 or 7. There is much more that can be said about this excellent phone system, but I hope this gives you enough information to help with a buying decision. I would recommend it to a friend.

My mom needed new handsets for her landline. These phones are the answer. Easy to use. Quick to set up. Sound is clear.

The Panasonic cordless phone is working good but I notice on some calls the sound is not that clear. I only use it as a landline and answering machine so for that purpose it is satisfactory. The phone is well made and sturdy. One feature I really like is the ability to block robo calls. On incoming calls it does announce the caller which is helpful. Overall, its a good phone.

My elderly father who lives alone had phones that were old and unreliable. I finally got him to realize he needed an upgrade. This set of Panasonic phones was the easy answer, and my father wonders why he didn't agree to this upgrade much sooner. Thank you Best Buy and Panasonic.

It's been forever since I have shopped for a set of new phones for the house. I didn't even know that technology had progressed to the point you could block unwanted calls. With the vast number of robo calls nowadays these phones are just what the Dr ordered. The ability to block numbers on the fly has already helped me to get rid of another nuisance caller and the process was extremely simple. I can't tell you how much more quiet my home is now that robo calls don't even ring in.

I bought a new Panasonic KX-TGD 863A hand held telephone system to replace an earlier model. The new system has space for 1000 blocked calls rather than 100 like the earlier model. Three hand sets (one sits on the base station). Pretty simple to install and operate. Instructions are not real helpful explaining how to unblock a number that you blocked in error. Probably an operator headspace issue, though, since the manual addresses it. I just can't do it right. Overall, I am pleased and very satisfied.

I bought a Panasonic landline with 4 receivers. It’s been great! I like the ring tone I selected—musical and different. I can easily redial, and I can block spam calls! It’s so reliable that I’ve stopped using my cell phone to place calls. I highly recommend this phone!!!

Display easy to read. Phone fits firmly into base. Connects to cell phone for transfer of phonebook directory. Auto call blocking prevents spam and telemarketer calls from even ringing in. Manual and features are extensive, but basic setup is easy and advanced features work by following instructions.

I like the fact that the phone has a call block button. It has reduced our spam calls considerably. It's a very efficient phone calling out our incoming calls in a very nice, clear voice. I felt the phone was a reasonable price for 3 receivers. I also like the White and Navy Blue color. It looks nice in every room.

Excellent cordless phone system capable of using both my landline and cell phone services. I keep a landline in case I ever misplace my cellphone or for some reason don't want to use it. These phones are of excellent quality, have excellent range and look good.

YHESE PHONES WERE VERY EASY TO SET UP. VOLUME AND SOUND FEATURES WORKING PERFECTLY. CALL BLOCKING ALSO SEEMS TO HAVE AUTOMATICALLY STOPPED FREQUENT SPAM CALLERS. a GOOD PHONE SYSTEM AT A DECENT PRICE.

There's a lot of new features that I didn't have on my old phone. The only thing I wish it had is a louder volume, other than that, I love my phone

Works very well to transfer cell phone calls to this phone. The 3 phones can be positioned in different rooms to allow cell phone calls to be answered.

Great wireless phone and Digital Answering System. I love this phone as it syncs to my cell phone when I get a phone call on my landline. The buttons and light up feature along with long battery life is great. The sound is clear and the directions were easy to understand.

I bought this phone to use in an assisted living home where the room had no phone hook up. We set it up to utilize a cell phone by Bluetooth as the phone access. It was not hard to set up and worked well for a person that found cell phone difficult to operate, but was familiar with a cordless phone.

These phones were easy to set up and work extremely well, but the battery does not keep its charge as long as previous phones I've used.

I purchased this set to replace an older version. Setup was easy. The call blocking feature and it’s dedicated button is an awesome feature. Another great feature is the low battery alert. It speaks!

Have owned this product since Christmas. Working great so far & battery life is great -- exactly the reason I replaced my previous unit. Easy set-up and good sound quality.
