The set has three handsets. Clear reception on them all. I like the ability to block numbers. The voice mail standard greeting is great for women living alone of without a man to record the message. Lighter weigth handsets than previous older models.

My Panasonic KX-TGE233B is a nicely-designed, user-friendly, sleek piece of hardware that has all the functions you could want or need (all of which are easy to use and cycle through), plus one that is an absolute MUST in our age of fraudulent, invasive, sneaky telemarketers: the ability to not only block certain numbers, but to keep those numbers from even ringing. In short, provided the proceeding review has been, or could be called, short, I would recommend this to anyone who asks, and even some who don't.

We had to purchase land line phones for an elderly member of our house hold. The three cordless bases works great so we can extend the phone throughout the house. Easy to set up and the large display and number pads are exactly what we needed.

Purchased for my 92 year old Mother and she loves the system. Easy to set up and use. Positioned units so that she wouldn't have to get up to answer the phone avoiding potential falls. Great sound quality, attractive units - a real winner.

Bought this for my mother about a month ago when her last phone system died. She loves the large numbers on the face of the phone and the answering machine is very simple to operate.

These phones have what I was looking for. Large display name. Large number keypad. Easy to use. Great for older folks like us. Thank you.

This has been a great unit so far. I've had it for a few months and really only use a handful of the features. Audio is very clear, even when using speakerphone. Callers say they can't tell a difference when I put them on speaker. One of the key features I love is the number block. It has really helped cut down those pesky telemarketers. Just add their number to memory when they call and they are no longer able to ring through to your home. This replaced a VTech 3-unit system I had, which was about 10 years old and started having static on all handsets. Seems these home systems have come a long way, with nice new features.

Before the caller id would just display on the tv but with these phones the caller is announced.I love the anouncement of the caller. Also the phones are user friendly and the display is big enough for me to see without glasses.

Easy to use, lots of features, and clear sound. I really like that you can check messages from any unit, and it orally tells you whose calling. I picked the right phone.

Works right out of the box all i needed to do was set the clock. Clear sound, good loud ringer nice large display. Great phone for the price.

I bought this phone for my mom for Christmas, to replace a set that wouldn't keep a charge, and my mother loves it! It has a nice big screen and she can see who's calling, and it still announces who is calling as well. She realized that my aunt (who buys only the best) has the older version of this phone, and she has had it for years with no problems. Finally we have a phone in the house that doesn't die constantly while in use, and can be left off the cradle for awhile and still keep a charge. It's so far, so good....and I hope it stays that way. But as it has gone so far, I am extremely pleased with this phone, and my mom thanks me all the time. That's what makes the purchase worth it the most: knowing that the phone makes her happy.

Simple phone unit. No complaints, bought on sale a they finction just fine. Big buttons and has talking caller id for incoming calls.

This phone set is perfect for our needs. As mentioned, the call-blocking up to 200 numbers is great and I especially like the audio Caller ID when I'm not near the handset . Good price for the features!

All together I really like the phones. The sound is very good on the handset, but like the title says the recorded messages aren't so great. I haven't tried listening on the hand sets yet for the messages, and maybe I should, but on the base itself it's not that easy to hear and yes I've tried turning the volume up. I liked the idea of three phones and not having to buy another handset and that you can delete or add to the phones from anyone of the handsets not having to do it all on each hand sets saves some time.

The phone was easy to set up, easy to use and has great clarity. I especially like how the Caller ID verbally announces who is calling. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a new phone.

These phones are a big step up from our old phones! Display numbers are backlit and twice the size of our old Panasonic set. Directions book is clear. The noise reduction function is also helpful. The ability to block many incoming "robocalls" was a big factor! (You need a service with call waiting, which we already had in force.) Can't tell you how great the removal of unwanted calls has been for us senior citizens! No more "free security systems" at dinnertime!

This was easy to set up and I was pleased with all the features.. Has loud enough ringtone to hear no matter where you are..and range of use beats any cordless I have used before..

This is a replacement for a home set that was showing age. It was/is easily set-up and even easier to use right out of the box. Great sound and the controls are easily read.

These phones are great. I bought them for my sister who has a big house. She loves that the battery stays charged for quite some time. They are clear sounding and work well.

I read some reviews that disliked these phones, but for me they have been great. Good sound quality and fit my range needs.
