The Panasonic is a great upgrade from our old VTech cordless phone. We live in a 2-story house, and the range and sound quality are much better. The 3-phone set is a perfect number for coverage through our home. We're very happy with the purchase!

Decent basic cordless phones - does the job! Wish the range for the docking stations was better as the one in our basement won’t connect. Also has an annoying (or helpful depending how you look at it) feature of loudly announcing “low battery” repeatedly when down to one bar if it’s not on charger. NOT fun in the middle of the night but good that the phone doesn’t go totally dead and then you can’t find it! Maybe this can be disconnected - haven’t checked…

I got these phone based on my experience with a similar model of Panasonic phones. These are updated and have new features.

Painless hookup, immediate functionality, and good appearance

I really love these phones! I have used Panasonic phones for years and these do not disappoint. The sound is great. I have had no trouble with them so far. Also, the black color makes the system look sleek and attractive without grabbing too much attention. They blend in very nicely with any décor. The system I had before only came with four phones and I had to buy an extra one. This one comes with five which is perfect for me. The price was very reasonable, and I am very satisfied with my purchase.

This is a very good phone system. We do have iphones but I prefer a hard line phone system in our house. It has great tone, it's easy to program and use. This is the updated version of the same phone system we bought fifteen years ago and we're very happy with it.

We like these phones. They are easy to hold. They have good sound quality and were a great bargain. We are only using two of the three units at the moment. The features are easy to use. I have not set up the blocking feature yet but that is the one that has us the most excited, no more robocalls!!!!

A nice set of wireless phones. They have descent range and a nice big font so that my mother can see it. The only thing that could have been better is the loudness of the speaker phone. I wish the speaker phone was louder but other than that it’s great.

Excellent system. Easy set up. All the controls you might need. The volume is just adequate but acceptable.

I have a cell phone but I prefer having a phone on each floor of the house and several rooms and I love this phone. The feature that I love most is the fact that it identifies the caller and I can block unknown numbers and announces who is calling and announces who is calling me. this phone has saved me a lot of steps. I highly recommend it.

Had to get a new phone system for the house and discovered the best new common feature on these phones… Call block! Works well and keeps phone ringing noise down to a minimum in the evenings while we are home. The phone quality itself seems very good although I’ve had it only a month now

The battery on one of my old cordless phones was not holding a charge anymore, and it was finally time for a replacement. This was just what I needed--three phones that I could locate in different parts of my house. The phones were easy to install and work well. I knew that Panasonic makes good products, and I'm very happy with these phones.

Certain aspects are not easy to use since the instruction guide does not explain how to do something or how to fix something.

The sound quality, functions, ease of use, etc. are all great on this phone system. The three star rating is because the extension handsets often will not connect with the base and are rendered unusable. I had an earlier version of this very system for seven years, and it worked perfectly until the handsets started dying one by one due to age. I called Panasonic, and they told me that it had to do with interference from walls, microwaves, etc., but could not explain to me why an older system worked perfectly in the exact same locations.
