It hasn't disappointed us. Good sound in and out. Wasn't sure I liked the battery backup on the base but we recently had a power outage for 4 hours and the phone worked as if it was plugged in, including the handsets! Very cool! On our previous version, only the base worked in a power outage, with limited functions. ALL functions remained in use with the battery (and I used rechargeable batteries) backup. Very happy with this phone.

I CAN'T BELIEVE HOW QUIET MY HOUSE GOT! It has 14,000 loaded spam numbers with room for you to add 2,000 more. My last phone only had room for 30! We also added a Panasonic KX-TGTA61B "RUGGED PHONE" to the set to use outside and around the pool. Its waterproof!

Great Phone System

The sound quality is very good and the robocall blocking is amazing. I’m very happy with my purchase from Best Buy. The price was great and the shipping was very fast.

It was easy to set up. I have enough phones that I can spread them throughout the house, so I have one readily available. This is a replacement for an older setup, and it has so many new features such as the call blocker, highly recommend it.

BLUETOOTH DOESN'T PAIR WELL

Tried Blue Parrot, JLAB, Ekta. None would pair. Tech support said I was misled and sent a list of "compatible" headsets. But reviews on the list indicated that the bluetooth did not work. Also, dialing is very slow. Glad there was a 2.5 mm headset jack. That kept me from returning. Voice volume ok but only if I use speaker or headset.

The cordless phones can then be spread throughout your home & garage so you're never have to run to answer a call again!

Great Corded and Cordless Phone

This phone is great because the mail phone with the corded handset will still work when power is off. A big plus because now I don't have to have the princess backup phone to plug in when power is off
