Easy to set up and good directions for setting up voicemail and for daily use in retrieving and deleting voicemails. Very good sound quality. Would purchase additional portables as needed for around the house!

The quality of the phone is adequate. Installation was easy. Set up instructions are quite detailed but not always intuitive, making it a chore to implement. Price is reasonable .

I was looking for a replacement handset for a V-tech and couldn't find the right one. This phone was in stock and was a reasonable price so I bought it. It has really clear reception and has a built in easy to use answering machine. I'm glad I got this phone.

Easy to use, just plug it in and you’re ready to go. Compatible with other phones I had. Sound quality and volume are very good No complaints other than when placing it back to the base takes getting used to.

Very happy with this two phone set. Simple to set up, good sound, and the numbers are clear and big enough to press comfortably when making calls. Listening to and erasing messages is also easy.

Speaker feature works well but to the ear it’s not as clear audibly as it perhaps should be...it’s a little hard to hear at the ear. Easy to use as a phone though. Good reception.

This phone set has many good features: answering sevice that includes ability to block callers very easily, audio caller identification, clarity of audio voice, rechargeable batteries.

We needed a new house phone and went to Best Buy. There were several choices, but this one had all the features we wanted and was moderately priced - even less than we paid for our old cordless phone set. The battery charge lasts for a week.

This phone has all of the features needed, like caller id, answering system, long range for use outside in the garden. Just what we needed for a reasonable price.
