    This is a great little unit. I had to call someone to help me get it set up as the sales person told me that the Geek Squad could do it for me but when I asked them I got a NO we don't do that as it involves your personal telephone line. It is now working great and cost me extra to get it set up, but what choice did I have?

    Easy setup. Panasonic phone I’m replacing with lasted 20 years and I replaced the battery once. Love the call block feature on the phone!

    Easy to use and install. I like that it reads out the Caller ID (though sometimes it just says "Call from Wireless"). I think it does have problems with unnamed callers. Under "missed calls," you have to press two buttons to finally view the number if it's from an unnamed caller. Otherwise, decent phone. Good price.
