My Item Was Stolen And You Guys Haven't Repaid My Purchase On My Best Buy Card. Also Have A Police Report On My Stolen Camera !!

They sent me an empty box when I needed the camera by the weekend. The only resolution they offered was to send it a week later. Probably a rare instance, but maybe it's not.

When I received the product, it was used and open, even there was a tear on the handbook.

Camera has worked great, very easy to figure out and has a lot of great features! The filming on it looks really good as well. Really great camera for beginners. Overall I am very pleased with this purchase

There are a lot of 5-star reviews here, but I wanted to write why I only gave this a 4-star review. It's not that this isn't a well-rounded camera. It has a fast shutter (fps), in body image stabilization and 4-K video. For most users, this will be a great camera. Here is the downside, the micro 4:3 sensor leaves little room for cropping within the image and lesser low-light capabilities. Now this is in comparison with my full-frame camera, which costs twice as much. But that full-frame camera weighs twice as much, is bulkier, slower shuttered and, as stated before, a lot more expensive. The limitations of micro 4:3 means you have to invest in lenses, especially zooms, to compensate for the lack of cropping ability. The good news is that Panasonic, Olympus and some third-party makers have created a stable full of great glass. And, like the camera, they are smaller, lighter and less expensive than full-frame and APSC camera lenses. So, this is why I only give the camera 4-stars. But like I said, most people can buy this camera in full confidence that it will provide them great shots for standard images for either social media or medium-size (8x11) prints.

Excellent camera, i just began to recently play with the camera functions. Photo's are of great quality. i have not yet began to play with video just yet. however when purchased i was told only one left in back? with no display on floor, i asked where demo display is and they said it was taken down, ( i was at this same store the day before i purchased this camera and it was on demo display for customers to play with). Suddenly they worker didn't know where display was. So i purchased camera and seems to be that could have been the store demo. They could have at least gave me the open box price. jerks. Other then that camera is good for noob like myself.

The G85 seems like a good do-everything-well camera. It's not going to be the best at any given single task (when compared to pricier options), but its good enough for solid video and stills. It also seems to have a good feature set. It's a good value when its on sale for sure. I almost immediately added a few Panasonic primes to my camera bag with the 15mm Panasonic/Leica and the 42.5mm Panasonic. It handles great one-handed with light lenses. I only wish more of the small Panasonic primes were weather sealed like the G85 body, but I suppose you can't have it all.

I am very disappointed with the quality of the picture. I am interested in returning this product.
