The camera was amazing for about a year until a spring in the SD slot broke. Shouldn't have been a big deal, I had the Geek Squad Warranty. It has been 6 weeks since I dropped off my camera. They have asked me to drive down to my local best buy 3 times, and each time I go they produce more confusion. Instead of simply replacing the camera in the first place they have sent it for repairs, gotten it back un-repaired, sent it to another place for repairs... eventually I got an email saying I "was approved for a replacement" like I won something after all that. The email told me to make an appointment to come pick up my camera. I did. I drove back to my local best buy and they didn't have my camera. I was there about an hour. At one point the Geek Squad rep asked to see a confirmation on my phone. I pulled it up on my phone and handed it to her. She quickly ran to the back of the store with my unlocked phone and didn't come back for 20 minutes. I have no idea what she was doing with my data, bank accounts, pictures, social media.... They gave me store credit eventually and ordered me a new camera. They said it would be in their store in about a week and I would get an email asking me to come back again. That would be my forth trip to Best Buy for this broken camera. The camera really was great. The Geek Squad warranty I paid for has been a ridiculous mess. All they had to do was replace the camera in the first place, or maybe after the first time they got it back from their repair center and it wasn't fixed... On top of all that, I legally changed my name and gender 2 months ago and after 5 calls, 3 "Chats" and even the manager of the Geek Squad at my local best buy calling Best Buy's overseas support where they lack the basic language skills to comprehend a name and gender change, Best Buy is unable to "merge" my accounts. I only really had one account. Every time I call or chat with one of their agents they apparently start a whole new account for me for no reason. They can't tell which is which at this point. I'd just give up on all the accounts but I have warranties with Best Buy for an expensive TV, an expensive espresso machine, my camera that I use for work.... I don't normally complain when people misgender me, I'm not expecting the world to change around my gender dysphoria. I do expect to be able to use the warranties that Best Buy sold me.

Enjoy using it all the time takes great pictures love it

This camera absolutely exceeded my expectations. The stabilization is easily the best I've had on any of the many cameras I've tried, the photos are above what I expected for a MFT camera, and of course the video and all the features related to such are just unmatched at this price point. And yes, the auto-focus needs tweaking, which Panasonic has acknowledged and said would be fixed, but it's really a non-issue for most situations.

Great for both pictures & videos. One of the best cameras in terms of quality & value.

The video quality was super good but, there's a huge problem with the auto focus system. The picture quality wasn't good at all indoor . I was shocked even my Iphone 7 plus pictures better indoor. The low light wasn't good at the picture quality.

This product is very high quality and the instructions are very clear and easy to use. I recommend!
