Best Buy (maybe should be better called Worst Buy) with shady small store practices in 2024, punishing the customer for their right to not like the experience with the product. Product is fine though and price is great for what you get if you like a 50 mm area.

Missing parts -DO NOT buy from Best Buy's open box

Will NEVER do it again. Bought "excellent" which means all parts should've been included, but this arrived with ONLY the lens. No caps, no hood. There are a lot of products for Best Buy returns to keep track of, but it takes 2 minutes for them to confirm what parts are supposed to be in the box (hint, it's printed right on the first page of the manual).
