Good but can be better

New Autofocus is good but hit & a miss few times. At times puctures are blurry with responsive auto focus. Video is good. Battery, buy extra pack.

Lots of Sigma lenses are in L-mount as well as Panasonic. The AF is quick and multiple AF modes plus human/animal detect quickly find their subjects. The new phase detect AF is a big plus.

DO NOT GET ANY OPEN BOX!!!

In fact, I'll say that this is one of the best cameras in the market for vlogging...based on videos I'd watched. I couldn't see for myself as the product was missing pretty much ALL THE ACCESSORIES that were supposed to be included. Without the battery, I couldn't test to see if the camera & lens even worked or not. So, I contacted BestBuy support online & they told me to either do a refund or go to a nearby store to see if they have the missing accessories. So, I did that. The store closest to me told me to go to another store as they're more stock on camera accessories. This was after, the guy didn't listed to what I said & thought I wanted a refund (which I did not say). So I go to the other store & they thought I was buying it & I told them the situation. So, they told me to call BestBuy support. And they basically told me that I'm better off getting a refund. So, I got a refund. Bottom line, do not get open box from them & get it brand new.

Beware, poor warranty support

Now Panasonic/Lumix wont' honor the warranty in Europe because Best Buy didn't give me the required Tourist Warranty Card, according to Lumix support. So now I can't figure out how to get warranty support.
