Loved all the features for the price. size, and weight, BIG learning curve ( for me). Watch many videos on how to use it...but needed to practice before my BIG EUROPEAN trip. I made many mistakes but able to correct ALL photos when I got home.

We wanted a camera a bit better than the typical point-and-shoot or phone camera, but not one where the lenses can be changed, and not heavy. This little camera is just what we wanted to take on hikes and get great pictures.

I really like this camera. It is perfect for hiking and traveling. The picture quality is very good. The weight of the camera provides good balance. It is a bit big to put in your jeans pocket, but fits in the side pocket of my day pack.

Was dpreview.com best for travel zoom until the new Sony rx100vi came along.....and considerably more coin. Tracks motion well, I like the touch screen. A little soft at the far zoom.

Fantastic camera with tons of features including 4k video and frame capture. I especially like the small size which makes it very convenient to travel with using a soft case. The only thing I would like to see is a tilting display.

I loved the Panasonic I had which was stolen in Italy on vacation. I wanted a better camera and waited for pricing to replace it. I purchTrased this camera on open purchase. It is excellent but much more than I bargained for in the sense of what it can do. My favorite feature is that I can take a picture and transfer it to my smart phone. As I am tethered to Google my smartphone pics are transferred to my computer either from my camera chip or my smartphone. A win all around. Still learning the features but if you want not to have to learn about all the advanced feature buy a simpler camera but if you like photography and mount your pictures at home, etc this is a great camera. Try Black Friday or purchase by open box.

Decent point and shoot camera in bright light, it struggles a little in low light (compared to an SLR). Good zoom, nice size, a little slippery to hang onto. I purchased some 3D printed camera grips from Etsy and it made a huge difference. Overall it’s a good travel camera that performs better than your average point and shoot. Just don’t expect tack sharp professional photos, especially in low light or at max zoom.

My previous camera finally died (it was old and I used it constantly). This camera is a newer version and I love it - it's very easy to use and it's small and lightweight. I love Panasonic cameras!

I recently took this camera on a trip to Spain and Portugal. The best thing about it is that not only is it infinitely portable, it takes excellent pictures.

Wanted a point and shoot that was easy to use and takes good pictures. Have only had a chance to use a couple of times, however it seems to meet my expectations on both counts.

I read a number of reviews and knew the camera was what I wanted. Picture quality was amazing and I'm not done finalizing my settings. Took a number of photos in the Redwoods with filtered lighting. Took still and action (zip line) shots and the pictures came out well. Expensive but worth it. I also found the camera was not slipping out of my hand as some reviews revile

I love this little camera! Great quality and such a small package. If it were waterproof it’d be the perfect travel camera for me.

We were impressed with the image quality with the excellent zoom on this point and shoot but we were continuously being frustrated with the buttons being in poor places. We were constantly being asked to connect to wi-fi or other unnecessary questions due to hitting those buttons as we were just trying to take a picture. Forget ever trying to photograph with one hand with this camera. If you plan on always using both hands and the zoom, you may like this camera.

Bought it to replace an even smaller Canon unit that the lens motor failed which I had repaired and then the LCD screen went wonky. The only thing on the Canon I miss is the wider-angle lens when it was set to minimum. But this Panasonic works extremely well at night, colors look a bit more natural and doesn't blow out whites on the default settings like the Canon did. Fantastic 10x Zoom without having to cart around a bulky camera and lenses. the camera has so many features with a poor manual. There is a 3rd party "manual" available by Alexander S. White that will explain everything about it.

Though this camera is a Panasonic brand, it is mostly made by Leica. Leica is one of the two best optical companies on the planet. Leica is also one of the very best surgical microscope brands. So when they make a camera, it stands out among the others. I have been primarily using this tiny camera for shooting big 4K videos. It does an amazing job at it. When I shoot images, I always use the RAW image format. This is an important feature that you can not even find on the point and shoot Nikons at this time! Totally recommend this camera!
