 The battery polarity settings are embossed within the battery case. They might as well have been written in Chinese, because they are completely illegible. The writing is extremely light and covered with a reflective something or another. Also, the product registration says that the serial number is on the back of the unit. There is nothing on the back of the unit. There is a model number on the bottom of it but there’s no serial number anywhere on it. And if you purchased the product online, good luck, printing a receipt because there’s no print button on the page that describes your purchase.

I purchased this trimmer to upgrade from my previous panasonic and i wish i had upgraded sooner. This trimmer is more powerful and does a better job than my previous trimmer.

I have used Panasonic’s shaver and hair trimmer and love them so, I thought I’d give this a try. I’m not disappointed. It’s great, just like the rest of their products

I purchased this item on sale due to Black Friday. I will provide another update after a few uses. Works great so far.

This is amazing, I've had many different brands and there is no comparison. The vacuum makes a huge difference as hair doesn't get stuck in the blades. Also great for ear hair which the others I had didn't do at all.

I use it just for nose hair and occasional whisker that my shaver can't pick up. Need to be careful not to poke too far with the nose because it can knick you, but otherwise easy to use and trims hairs very effectively.

Like it very much compare to the old Panasonic I used to use which was broken. Highly recommend, it is much more powerful and seems like very solid build.

It works really well and doesn’t cut your nose i like to use once a month and it works great!!!

I’ve had 4 nose and ear trimmers. This one so far is the best. We will see if it holds up but was expensive as heck. Also pretty complicated for a hair trimmer. Lots of small parts to put back in correct position after cleaning.

It has less vibration that lesser models. A bit confusing where to turn the locking ring, but okay if you keep the documentation. Nice to have the hairs sucked in.

Strong motor compared to the other models. Easy to clean. Buying a replacement blade is more expensive than buying a new one. The head fits the same.

I really like this trimmer. It performs much better than cheaper models I have tried over the years. Believe this will be well used by me for those Errant hairs that tend to grow on your eyebrows, ears and inside your nose.

Cuts well. I think it's a bit tedious to get the right alignment of the parts when you want to wash it out. But other than that it works fine. A bit pricey, too.

As my Father gets older he needed something to trim nose as well as ear hair. Purchased him this one even though he is 89 he loves his appearance and this really did the job

Best I have purchased yet! Purchased other brands before and been in pain with disappointment.

Works great snd more sturdy than cheaper models. Power button is better and cleans well. Know there is no storage bag so I keep on original box
