Not worth the money paid.

This stopped working about 20 months later and I had to lug this into the Best Buy store for service. Not easy because I am a widow and weigh 98 pounds and no one else to take it in for me. It was covered under a service protection plan I had purchased. They repaired it and I lugged it back home. The exact same thing happened 3 months later but the service plan had expired 20 days before and they would not honor it. I will not buy from BB again or a Panasonic.

Child Lock inconvenience

Really frustrating to use on a daily basis.
