Bought mainly for power outages. Use it outside occasionally in the yard or shed. Very good AM reception. Local FM stations tune in clear while more distant stations, over thirty miles away, tune in good, but with a lot of static.

This is such a great little radio! I use it everywhere, from the drive-in movie theater, to my office, and even on my nightstand. The sound quality is great and I absolutely love the simple design. I highly recommend this one!

I purchased this little radio to replace a cheaper brand I boiught a couple years ago. This one has much better sound and volume.

Bought this for my kitchen, so that I can listen to music while I am cooking and/or cleaning. The size is perfect, so it fits just about anywhere. Sound is good for such a small radio. I am loving it!

Excellent portable radio! Great reception and incredible value!

After many years I let go of a small pocket transistor radio and have been delighted with the rang and clarity of my Panasonic with option to plug in. I have this radio by my bed for listening to ballgames--just like my childhood!

My old portable AM/FM radio was on the way out; so I knew I needed a new one. I've had a number of Panasonic products over the years and had good luck with them. So far, this seems to be another good purchase. What I especially like is that this radio combines an analog dial -- you use the dial to find your station -- and digital tuning -- it locks on the station when you find it. It is great for pulling in weak stations, that are close on the dial to other stations, and keeping those stations tuned in. It also has a great speaker that can play very softly or really blast the sound. I'm really glad I bought this radio.

We bought this radio to replace another portable radio that had developed problems after at least 20 years of service. The Panasonic automatic tuning works very well, sound quality is very good for a small radio, and it seems to be very well made, overall. My only criticism is that the volume control goes from fairly quiet to moderately loud with a small turn of the dial, so that one may have to fiddle with it to get it right for an audible, but lower volume. Overall, we are very satisfied with this purchase.

I wanted a small AM/FM radio for a medium sized room. This one is very satisfactory for my purposes: good reception, good volume, small size, easy controls, right price. I am very happy with this product.

For the price, it better be! And was! Just holding it you can tell it was built well. Sound is great, easy to get to station to 'lockl in'. I use for 'talk radio' only. I'm 72 old rocker back in the day, now, like the episode of South Park where one kid now finds the music he use to like sounds like 'Sheet'! I like the hesitation between tuning it on and it coming on. That tells me it's getting itself 'together' to operate efficiently. Buy it for the garage, bathroom and when the electricity goes out you'll still be able to listen to Rush!!

I am so very pleased with my purchase of the Panasonic radio. This was just the type of radio that I was needing and looking for. This radio is simple and easy to operate.
