not as good as hoped

My biggest problem with this trimmer is that it has no power cord going to the the charging base and instead you plug the charger directly into the outlet then plug the trimmer on top of that. This is too much weight for the electrical outlet. Another issue is the box didn't say what the range of cutting lengths this trimmer allows. The previous trimmer cut hair from 1mm to 23mm but this only cuts from 1mm to 1cm which isn't long enough.

Good for Body hair clean up

Underpowered & Poorly Designed

First, the motor is much weaker than other trimmers I have used in the past. It takes several passes to trim to the length I am trying for. Next, the charger is really poorly designed - it plugs directly into the wall and doesn't swivel at all - so it sits sideways in my bathroom plug. Unfortunately, I'm pass the return window.
