Unfortunately with this model with the guard off it pulls out my hairs and is very painful. I haven't had this with the previous model. I'm very disappointed!

The operation time is very poor.

It's impossible to do anything ! I definetly don't recommend this product.

Fragile - Breaks easily

not good for trimming thick hair

It takes longer to trim and the hair don't get trimmed evenly as they did with Norelco. I will never buy it again

I use it upwards not downwards and don't have any issues. Only downside is the charger which is rather large and requires the shaver to be installed on it while its plugged in charging.

Posted .Dear customer, thank you for your review. All trimmers perform best when your hair has a reasonable, manageable length. A solution would be to shave more often or to use a regular trimmer beforehand and reduce the length of the hair or before usage to make sure you cleaned and lubricated your shaver. We would also recommend trying the shaver wet, as this works more effectively for many of our customers and use it with shaving cream or gel
