Cuts just like a professional machine for the fraction of the cost. No complaints on my end. FYI; leave trimmer charging for about 90 minutes before use. It will save you any potential frustration. Besides that I haven;t been to the barber shop for months.

Few of these trying to find one that works well and is built well. I had one that lasted about 10 years and then my last two only lasted about a year. This one is made really well, cuts clean without pulling hair and love that it is wet or dry. We also love that it is adjustable and does not require multiple guards.

I haven't been disappointed - it does a great job and is easy to maintain. Love that it is a wet/dry model and can use it in the shower and not have to worry about making a mess in the sink.

This trimmer is much more solidly constructed. It is also more comfortable to hold and quieter when in use. As others have mentioned, the charging base is a bit goofy, but it trims my beard and mustache well. Just be sure to follow the contours of your lips and jaw as you trim, or you may inadvertently shave off too much.
