Very easy to set up and operate. Great picture quality.

Best Blu Ray player on the market. If you have 4k discs and a Samsung tv this is the perfect choice. This version does not support dolby vision but neither does the Samsung tv. Pic is great out of the box. Fine tuning with the HDR optimizer makes it incredible.

This player can produce phenomenal picture and sound. The streaming features are inferior to the 820 as well as all the cutting edge tech. This has the all important hdr button. This player to me is better then the 800 sony it replaced but clearly not as good as the ub820. Well worth a buy especially if running to a projector

I have had this for almost 2 years and can say that this has produced the best video watching experience then the previous Sony. I can say much about the smart feature because I have a Roku for that stuff, but when it comes to playing 4K disks I have had zero issues.

Good not great, does have minor hdmi handshake issues where partial image flickers a distortion. Have to unplug and replug hdmi to fix. Doesn't happen to often. Other than that great picture for physical 4k movies. The HDR optimizer and HDR slider to brighten dark movies is awesome. I use an Epson 5040ube Projector with it.

I purchased this for my dad. He was dealing with the Sony X700's constant freezing while watching Blu-rays. I saw a video unboxing on YouTuber TechnoDad's page about this product. I own the UB820, so I know how good Panasonic's players are. I looked on Best Buy's website and saw it on sale for $150 which is a great deal. Instant buy. Setup was easy and the player is working great. Plays all discs with no freezing or lock ups. Only downside is no Dolby Vision support but it does have HDR10+, so this player is perfect for Samsung 4K TV owners. Highly recommended!

Have only had it for about a week, but have been using it a good amount. Got this player on sale, plus used some rewards, and it was truly a great deal for a nice 4K player. Almost the same price as a regular Blu Ray player. Easy to use and haven't found any issues yet. Well, there is one issue... I need to buy more 4K movies!

Great player upgraded from Xbox one s. Player has a solid build. Smart features are a little slow but I don’t need to use them anyways since I have a smart tv. If you just want a great 4K hdr 10+ player this one is great I would recommend to a friend.

No issues with the disc player so far. It handles 4K UHD discs easily and smoothly on my LG 4K UHD display. No issues displaying the disc image.

Great price and does a great job upconverting both DVDs and Bluray as well. Though I doubt I will be buying many discs in the future due to streaming (which this also does), it is nice to have a very capable UHD player. This replaces a 10 yo Panasonic Bluray player that I gave to my son in college.

Clear picture connects easily to TV and sound bar. Also, use for connecting TV to streaming.

I’m a movie person, I’m not a gamer or anything like that. I love this thing! When used with the 4K hdmi cord the picture quality of my tb is like the ones you see at the store when looking to buy! Have never had better picture quality on my screen when watching movies! Very happy with my purchase

I bought some 4K movies and watch them on it and I love it they are so clear you can see a lot of detail in the movie which is great

I have been running playstations for bluray for the last 15 years. I decided to try something with 4k and man the audio quality is a LOT better

Easy to connect with HDMI cable. Very easy to use.

This has a really nice picture and has a lot of ability to make adjustments. There is some jitter when watching movies on the projector. I have yet to determine if it's the projector, HDMI cable or this player. I would give it 5 stars if I could determine that it's the cable or projector. However, I'm overall satisfied.

Excellent device! Wonderful image and also the sound is clear! The only con that I found is that do not have many choices to select streaming channels. The price is really good, I have in home the 4K Panasonic UB900 a value of almost $700.00 Dlls. and the image is the same quality. :)
