this the best 4k player l have used by far including Sony,LG, will play even regular dvd with a super picture, a little hard to understand the many process on the machine,download the manuel on line to get a better understanding of it,wont be sorry to buy

While I sometimes wish this also had Dolby Vision, the device is good and a much easier buy than the 820 model. The menu is a little cumbersome but other than that, no other complaint. That said, I bought an open box model and it didn’t come with the power cord so I’m returning it.

The guys from Andrew Carlos Cesar and Brian were excellent and I can't say enough about them... Keep those guys.

Industry best HDR optimizer makes this a must own for projector owners where dolby vision support is not need. For oled owners, I would recommend the Sony x700 that has dolby vision support.

Never knew what a good 4k player could do. Had a Sony prior to this and I never could see the "wow". Hooked this into my theatre and "WOW" was all I could say. 4k discs look great and the upscale quality makes my classic TV look excellent. Wonderful player.

Very nice 4K-UHD Blu-Ray Player! Beautiful Dolby-Vision/Atmos video & audio playback. Comparable to other high-end players at twice the price. Would highly recommend it to others. Very satisfied with this addition to my hope audio/video system.

nice upgrade to 7yr old player. Pairs well with Samsung 77" S90C tv brings full data of movie as director intended vs streaming limitations.

Easy to use, good playback. Able to use for Netflix and Disney plus as well if you don’t have a smart tv which is helpful if we’re going on a trip.

Picture is great when it works. Constantly freezes up no matter what disc is in the player. Tried all the recommended troubleshooting from tech support. I’m outside the return window so hopefully I can get a warranty replacement

My tv doesn't support dolby vision. This does hdr10+ for an excellent price. Match made in heaven. Menus aren't the best, but most of the time I'm watching movies not menu diving and this excels at displaying movies!

I got it on sale with one feature in mind: Will it play audio when you press Fast Forward once? IT DOES! We have two older Panasonic Blu-ray players that do this, but reading the boards the past few years, it seemed this 'feature' all but disappeared from disc players. I am Very Happy to know that at least one player still has this ability. I did not realize at the time that is also does 3D. I've tried several 2D and 3D Blu-rays plus DVDs and all played flawlessly with great picture and sound. The full user manual, available online, covers all the Settings Menu options pretty clearly. And as an eBook, it is easily searchable. 4 stars because of no display. Yeah, one can press the Status button (twice) on the remote to see how far into the movie one is, but I have not yet been able to get Status to function on my older inexpensive universal remote; it does the TV, Roku and older Blu-ray player just fine. But now I have to use multiple remotes again....

Does what it is suppose to do . I wanted a Player that would produce great picture and very important to me is the audio. (Dolby Atmos). This unit will also down load your Apts. When I purchased this unit it had a $100.00 discount , which was a no brained!.

Awesome player. I did lots of research before buying and am so happy I went with this one. The playback is flawless, and the quality is top-notch. I am a tech guy and love every detail of this player.

The picture quality is excellent, and glad to once again to have a Blu-Ray player with all the bells & whistles: timer, chapter display, etc. Sick of cheaper players that don't even last one year. A bit pricey, but so glad I made the investment.
